Улучшенный гнев

Decreases the cast time of Гнев.

Природный захват

Causes melee attackers to be rooted when you use this. Excellent talent for PvP, should be used in every build as a disengage tool.

Улучшенный природный захват

Worth taking if you are using Nature's Grasp usually, especially if you do not plan on using Wrath much.

Улучшенный гнев деревьев

Makes you immune to pushback while using Entangling Roots, which is excellent for PvP since this enables you to easily use Entangling Roots on melee while they are attacking you.

Улучшенный лунный огонь

Increases the power of Moonfire.

Природное оружие

Increases your physical damage done, which makes this a talent you should pass on as Balance.

Прирожденный оборотень

This can be useful in PvP where shifting is more prevalent, but you should not need it as much in PvE.

Улучшенные шипы

Improves Thorns, but is generally skipped due to having limited talent points and assuming a Resto Druid will have this talent for the raid group.

Знамение ясности

You will not be hitting targets with melee attacks for damage, and this requires a 6 point investment to get. You should skip this.

Предел сил Природы

Increases your range on several spells, making this an excellent all around talent.

Отмщение

A critical damage talent for both PvE and PvP. Increases your crit damage on your major spells.

Улучшенный звездный огонь

The stun component is useless in PvE but the cast reduction is very good.

Благоволение природы

A critical talent for both PvE and PvP, lowering you cast times after crits.

Лунное сияние

Mana issues will plague you for all of WoW Classic, making this talent a hard requirement.

Лунное неистовство

A straight damage increase, making this another hard requirement.

Облик лунного совуха

This form will provide you with some solid mitigation for PvP and also gives 3% spell crit chance to your party, making it a hard requirement for PvE.

Feral Tree Talents

Свирепость

Reduces the cost of some basic Feral abilities.

Звериная агрессия

Increases the effectiveness of Demo Roar and Ferocious Bite.

Животный инстинкт

Increases your threat generation in Bear Form and reduces the chance people will detect you while stealthed.

Жестокий удар

Increases the stun duration for Bash and Pounce.

Плотная шкура

Increases your armor gained from items.

Кошачья скорость

Increases your movement speed by 30% in Cat Form while outdoors, and increases your dodge chance in Bear Form by 4%.

Звериная атака

This is maybe the one talent that could have some worth in PvP, but in general is not worth the point investment. Allows you to charge to you target while in Bear Form.

Острые когти

Increases your crit chance in Cat and Bear Form.

Улучшенное полосование

Reduces the cost of Shred.

Удары хищника

Drastically increases your base melee attack power in Cat and Bear Form.

Кровавое неистовство

Abilities that generate combo points add an extra combo points while in Cat Form when they crit.

Изначальное неистовство

Crits in Bear Form generate additional rage.

Бешеное неистовство

Increases the damage of Claw, Rake, Maul, and Swipe.

Волшебный огонь (сила зверя)

Faerie Fire is one of the best debuffs to have in Classic. This talent allows it to be cast in Cat and Bear Form.

Сердце дикой природы

Increases your Intellect by 20%, but also increases Stamina in Bear Form by 20% and Strength in Cat Form by 20%. This would be a great talent to get, but is too far down in the Feral tree to be worth picking up.

Вожак стаи

Increases the melee crit chance of party members by 3% while in Cat or Bear form.

Restoration Tree Talents

Улучшенный знак дикой природы

If you are the only druid in your group, this talent is a must have.

Гнев

Furor is not particularly useful to Balance Druids in PvE, but can be great in PvP where you use your other forms more often.

Улучшенное целительное прикосновение

Reduces Healing Touch's cast time by 0.5 seconds.

Средоточие Природы

Gives you a chance to avoid pushback when casting some healing spells. This is more useful in PvP where pushback is an issue.

Улучшенное исступление

This talent is more useful for tanks and can be picked up if you’re looking to roll as a hybrid.

Отражение

This is an excellent Balance Druid talent as you will have many mana issues.

Рой насекомых

Insect Swarm is a DoT that also applies a 2% hit reduction to the target.

Скрытность

Reduces your threat from healing spells, which is generally not a concern as Balance.

Мирный дух

Reduces the mana cost of Healing Touch and Tranquility. These are not commonly used spells in PvE as Balance, and are not important enough to be worth the points in PvP.

Улучшенное омоложение

Rejuvenation is great in PvP, and can be worth dropping the points into if you want more off-healing potential.

Природная стремительность

Nature's Swiftness is an amazing talent that is worth going into Restoration just to pick up. The ability to instant cast a nature spell when you is invaluable in PvP, and many builds are built around it.

Дар природы

Increases your healing done, but is too deep into Restoration to be worth grabbing.

Улучшенное спокойствие

Tranquility is too situational and weak of an ability for this to be worth putting points into.

Улучшенное восстановление

This is a powerful healing talent for Regrowth, but is too far into Restoration to be worth taking.

Быстрое восстановление

A strong talent for burst healing, but not worth the points as Balance.

Leveling WoW Classic Druid Talent Builds

The reason that I suggest going Feral talents for leveling is that at level 20 you unlock both Облик кошки and your first point in Кошачья скорость. In Classic World of Warcraft movement speed is going to be your best stat for any class for leveling so, being able to pick up 15% at 20, and 30% at 21 is an incredible advantage for the Druid. In addition to this, the talents we will be taking will be focused on increasing our damage in cat form.

Знамение ясности - Some players will start with the 11 points in Balance for Omen, and some players even start with Гнев before going into Feral. Ultimately I'd recommend just picking Feral talents from the start to get some early movement speed while leveling.
