Конвекция

Convection reduces the Mana cost of shocks (such as Земной шок), as well as Молния and Цепная молния by up to 10%, at 5/5 ranks. This is usually too little overall Mana reduction for PvE, but could possibly be useful in PvP or when leveling.

Сотрясение мозга

Concussion increases the damage dealt by shocks (such as Земной шок), as well as Молния and Цепная молния by up to 5%, at 5/5 ranks. The overall gain is negligible for a Healing-focused Shaman.

Земной захват

Earth's Grasp increases the health of Тотем каменного когтя by up to 50% and the radius of Тотем оков земли by up to 20% at 2/2 ranks. These bonuses will generally be too weak in comparison to the alternatives.

Защита от стихий

Elemental Warding reduces Fire, Frost and Nature damage by up to 10% at 3/3 ranks. This is a very good usage of talent points, as these types of damage will be the vast majority of magic damage you will take in WoW Classic, but due to requiring at leat 8 points worth of investment in the tree to reach, will generally not be taken.

Зов пламени

Call of Flame increases the damage of your Fire Totems by up to 15% at 3/3 ranks. The damage increase from this can help you deal some additional damage, or burst damage with Тотем кольца огня.

Концентрация стихий

Elemental Focus is a great one pointer...for DPS Shamans. It unfortunately does not proc from, nor works on, healing spells, making it rather useless for healing.

Отзвук

Reverberation lowers the cooldown on your shocks by up to 1 second at 5/5 ranks. This is very useful in PvP to guarantee more interrupts with Земной шок, but not of much use in PvE.

Зов грома

Call of Thunder increases the critical strike chance of Молния and Цепная молния by up to 6% at 5/5 ranks. Since you will generally not be using these spells this is mostly for soloing / PvP burst.

Улучшенный тотем огня

Improved Fire Totems reduces the delay for Тотем кольца огня's activation and the threat caused by Тотем магмы by 50%. The first effect can be useful to land surprise damage when in melee against some PvP opponents. The threat reduction effect is, for the most part, useless.

Око шторма

Eye of the Storm gives a powerful PvP effect: whenever you are hit by a melee or ranged critical strike your casts dont lose time when taking damage. This allows you to continue healing at full efficiency, even when under focused fire from enemy players. Keep in mind this talent can be somewhat redundant with Средоточие исцеления.

Неистовство стихий

Elemental Fury is a huge DPS / burst boost, as it increases your critical damage bonus by 100%. Since it also works with Fire Totems, there is some potential for huge Тотем кольца огня critical strikes!

Опустошение Духов стихии

Покорение молнии

All of these talents are too deep into Elemental to ever be considered on a Healing-focused Shaman.

Enhancement Tree Talents

Знания предков

Ancestral Knowledge increases your maximum Mana by up to 5%, at 5/5 ranks. While low impact, you might need to put some points into it to get to the lower tiers.

Специализация на щитах

Shield Specialization increases your block chance by up to 5% and amount blocked per hit by up to 25%, at 5/5 ranks. Another low impact talent, mostly useful against Rogues.

Сторожевые тотемы

Guardian Totems increases the damage reduction of Тотем каменной кожи and Тотем стены ветра by up to 20%, and reduces the cooldown of Тотем заземления by up to 2 seconds, at 2/2 ranks.

Грохочущие удары

Thundering Strikes increases your critical strike with melee weapons by up to 5% at 5/5 ranks. Since you will not usually be attacking, this is close to useless for a healing Shaman, outside of soloing / leveling.

Улучшенный призрачный волк

Improved Ghost Wolf reduces the cast time of Призрачный волк by up to 2 seconds, at 2/2 ranks. This makes it a very fast cast, which is invaluable in PvP for the surprise factor which makes it harder to interrupt, and quite useful when moving in PvE or soloing / leveling.

Улучшенный щит молний

Improved Lightning Shield increases the damage done by Щит молний by up to 15% at 3/3 ranks. While it can contribute a minor amount of damage on enemy melee attackers, this is generally of too low impact to be used as a healer.

Улучшенные тотемы

Enhancing Totems increases the effect of Тотем силы земли and Тотем легкости воздуха by 15%. This can serve the offensive-minded healer Shaman well by further increasing the damage, and PvP burst potential, of his party.

Двуручные топоры и ударное оружие
Предчувствие
Шквал
Крепость
Совершенные тотемы чар
Оружие стихий
Парирование
Мастеркое владение оружием
Удар бури

All of these talents are too deep into Enhancement to ever be considered on a Healing-focused Shaman.

Restoration Tree Talents

Улучшенная волна исцеления

Improved Healing Wave reduces the cast time of Волна исцеления by up to 0,5 seconds at 5/5 ranks. This brings it down to 2,5 seconds of cast time, which is still huge and leaves you very open for interruption in PvP. In PvE this talent is considerably better, as it is unlikely that you will be interrupted, and this is a great tank healing spell, as long as you start casting it in advance of damage.

Приливная концентрация

Tidal Focus reduces the Mana cost of your healing spells by up to 5% at 5/5 ranks. Even though 5% is a small number, you should be casting enough healing spells that this talent will be well worth it.

Улучшенное восстание из мертвых

Improved Reincarnation reduces the cooldown on Восстание из мертвых by up to 20 minutes, and also increases the amount of health and mana you reincarnate with by 20% at 2/2 ranks. This is a great preference points talent, but do keep in mind that you will only benefit from it if you die within its new cooldown of 40 minutes, and only in situations where you will be able to make a difference upon resurrecting.

Исцеление предков

Ancestral Healing increases the armor of targets hit by critical strikes from your healing spells by up to 25% for 15 seconds at 3/3 ranks. This is a must-have spell in all types of content, massively increasing the durability of targets of your healing spells for a significant duration!

Тотемное средоточие

Totemic Focus reduces the Mana cost of totems by up to 25% at 5/5 ranks. While totems are not very expensive to begin with, Shaman can use all the Mana it can get. This talent is particularly useful if you are Totem Twisting to give Тотем неистовства ветра and Тотем легкости воздуха or Тотем безветрия effects to your melee group simultaneously.

Помощь природы

Nature's Guidance increases your chance to hit enemies by 3% at 3/3 ranks. While typically useless when healing in PvE, as you should not be wasting Mana by casting spells at the boss, this is very useful in PvP, where landing a clutch interrupt with Земной шок or having it miss is the difference between victory or death!

Средоточие исцеления

Healing Focus gives you a 70% chance to avoid interruption by damage while casting healing spells at 5/5 ranks. This is a great talent to have in fights that damage you frequently (such as Sapphiron due to the global damage aura), or in any PvP situation.

Мастерство владения тотемами

Totemic Mastery is a one-pointer that increases the radius of your beneficial totems to 30y. Since it is important that everyone in your group has access to your totem's buffs at all times, this is a nice talent to have in all situations.

Исцеляющая благодать

Healing Grace reduces the threat generated by healing spells by 15% at 3/3 ranks. Generally this is not very useful, but it can help your tank pick up enemies in certain fights where adds spawn, making your healing threat dangerous.

Восстанавливающий тотем

Restorative Totems increase the effect of Тотем источника маны and Тотем исцеляющего потока by up to 25% at 5/5 ranks. This makes them a lot better, and since you should be using them all the time in PvE situations, it is a great talent to have, which is also a pre-requisite for Тотем прилива маны. In PvP keeping these totems up will generally not be your priority, making this talent much less useful.

Мастерство владения приливами

Tidal Mastery increases the critical chance of your healing and lightning spells by up to 5% at 5/5 ranks. This makes it a simple, and useful, talent, with some synergy with Исцеление предков.

Путь исцеления

Healing Way causes your Волна исцеления to have a 100% chance (at 3/3 ranks) to increase the effect of the next wave spells cast on the target by 6% for 15 seconds, stacking 3 times. This is a nice bonus to have when focusing your healing on a single target, which will generally be the case when using Волна исцеления (on the tank in PvE or on the enemy focus target in PvP). Due to its fast cast speed and low Mana usage, Волна исцеления rank 1 is ideal to stack this buff up.

Природная стремительность

Nature's Swiftness is a one-pointer that makes your next Nature spell instant, with a cooldown of 3 minutes. Typically it will be used alongside Волна исцеления for emergency single target healing, but you can also use it with Цепное исцеление if area of effect healing is required, instead.

Чистота

Purification increases the amount healed by your spells by up to 10% at 5/5 ranks. This is a good global healing boost that scales alongside your gear.

Тотем прилива маны

Mana Tide Totem is a one-pointer that regenerates the Mana of everyone in your party for 12 seconds, with a cooldown of 5 minutes. While the Mana regenerated is not a large amount, everyone in the group gets some back, making it a decent investment talent, for a single point.

Leveling WoW Classic Shaman Talent Build

Enhancement: At max level, Enhancement is considered to be one of the "meme" specs, but while leveling it is quite good. You have good damage even at early levels, and as you transition into the late-game your class toolkit becomes quite diverse, and you'll be able to kite, deal damage, sustain yourself, and even buff your group if you decide to level in a group as opposed to solo.

This is the build I'm going with.

https://classic.wowhead.com/talent-calc/shaman/-5005202105-050350011550051

I mostly base this build around Каменный кулак it sometimes restores more mana than mana spring from my current testing with windfury embue it is completely random though as sometimes you'll only restore 50 mana per mob and other times well over 400.

majority of healing done through lesser healing wave as majority of "tanks" in classic are just warriors with 2h arms or 2x 1h fury so you need the highest heals per second possible whilst still having enough mana regen to keep everyone alive on each pull/boss.

I'm surprised nothing has been put into threat reduction for this guide, when you're spam healing everyone in the group you can easily pull threat off of them and if your tank is bad and/or not specced into threat you'll die resulting in a wipe.

Full totemic focus means you can totem twist to your hearts content dropping windfury then grace of air to keep windfury up and agil bonus, can use a lower rank of windfury totem if having mana issues as its more the extra 2 hits that do majority of the dmg.
