MoP PvE Gear Guide (Архивирован)

[This Is A User-Submitted Guide!]

[Wowhead only updates official guides, so information might not be up-to-date.]

Like the other comments suggest i find this to be a very helpful guide and voted it up.

However some pre-herioc information would be nice too. Can you add a column for dungeon gear to prep for heroics? Call it Stage 1 and this is stage 2 in raid prep. Anyone can quest to 90 and have okay gear but I find there is often a gap between quest max lvl cap and heroics. Can you tackle that for us as well?

Great work, thank you for your effort!

Good guide. I used it for the drops by boss to know which VP gear to buy. Also, some of the reputation related drops need updating, as some things can be attained at honored now not just revered.

Also another correction:

Shadow of the Empire
Golden Lotus - Exalted

Is actually Klaxxi - Exalted.

Комментарий от sumeragi

Justice points gear should be added at Heroics / Other Pre-Raid. Nonetheless great guide!

Комментарий от monmonorama

Overall nice guide. However, as a healer priest who often loses rolls on spirit gear to mages and warlocks, I do find it a bit odd that you have all cloth grouped together. You split leather, mail, and plate healer gear from dps, and plate dps from plate tank. It's a minor nitpick though. Otherwise a very helpful guide.

Комментарий от Aomknight

You might think about adding the Arena of Annihilation quest, it nets a nice weapon.

Комментарий от 490709

Hey, thanks a lots for the guide, would even put more than 5 stars if it was possible!

Комментарий от Pevlic

You have a wand listed as BiS (for priest and lock) under Mogushan/valor, at least that is what I'm assuming the guide is since it's for upgrades, but no off-hand listed. Was this intentional, missed, or haven't found BiS offhand?

I know that PvP is for PvP and PvE is for PvE, but it would be interesting to know how PvP gear could be comparable to some PvE pieces, considering that it's sometimes easier to gather low-tier PvP gear (vs. Heroics gear?).

Great guide, love it! But, seriously.. please change the Pre-Raid Leatherworking gloves and chest for AGI wearers. Gloves are Gloves of Earthen Harmony, and chest is Chestguard of Earthen Harmony.

I made a mistake and blindy followed your guide. So I made Greyshadow Gloves instead wasting 6 Spirits of Harmony. I didn't realize until after I had equipped them. :(

Awesome guide! 5 stars.

I think I noticed one item missing though for hunters... Ремень объятий тьмы from Sha of Fear in Terrace of Endless Springs.

That aside, thank you for this.

most of time farming for full set gear will make u crazy if not boaring

instead of 2200 CP only every week if not 1800 when u cant find group for last 400 CP from RBG that who ask for high rating much than 1500+ instead of XP

2 rings + bracer + back + nick = 5 x 1250 = 6250 CP

shoulder + gloves + belt + boots + 2 trinkets = 6 x 1750 = 10500 CP

head + chest + pant = 3 x 2250 = 6750 CP

6750 + 10500 + 6250 = 23500 CP (OMG)

23500 / 1800 (if you cant go RBG for somehow) = 13 that meen toy need (39) weeks (@,@)

23500 / 2200 (if you lucky do RBG) = 11 so you need 32 weeks for full set

can you count how much the weapon coast ? becouse it's depend about class

so you know what i mean with boaring if you dont have anything els to do

remind me if i'm wrong and sorry if my spelling is bad in english

Very interesting guide, however i wont be getting any of that gear soon... Procrastination Nation!

Комментарий от mufossa

Apologies if this was answered already, but what do the icons for the classes mean?
I'm guessing that means that item will drop for that class(es) only? Is this right?
Thank you, love the guide!

Комментарий от phei

great guide!
i found a minor mistake in boss links - megaera (Пылающая голова in the guide) should be changed to Пылающая голова which shows info on loot and abilities.

Will this be updated to 5.4 soon?

Комментарий от Darkgauntlet

Just saw the updates for 5.4, this guide continues to be super awesome. Wish I could 5-star it multiple times.

Some more things I would like to see as of 9/4/2013:
1. World boss Ordos loot listed alongside SoO raid loot.
2. 522 Valor gear reputation requirement updated.

Комментарий от 1088057

The strength trinket that procs haste is not a trash drop from SoO. You get it from the Timeless Isle.

Great guide though! :) So helpful! Thank you!

Комментарий от 1203311

I can't find the timeless gears here. Are they not suposed to be listed on this guide?

Tks,

Комментарий от 1027793

Hey, Rage-Blind Greathelm drops from Norushen, not Shamans.

Great article, keep it up the good work.

==========================
===== CORRECTIONS =====
==========================

--- Strength ---
Head - Большой шлем слепой ярости drops from Norushen, not Dark Shaman (ty Greendexter)
Belt - Ремень пепельной стены drops from Dark Shaman, not Protectors

--- Agility ---
left off 3 Tank trinkets:
Trinket - Несчастливый талисман Рука from Protectors
Trinket - Фиал живой скверны from Malkorok
Trinket - Проклятие высокомерия from Garrosh

--- trash BoP ---
There are a lot of trash BoP items listed that didn't make it into live - ignore those with the weird looking names (like 5.4 Raid - Normal - Siege of Orgrimmar - Boss X Loot X - Int Hit Trinket (5)).

--- Timeless Isle ---
Tons of good 496 and 535 gear available - deserves it's own new section, till then you can use that link.

--------------
I've so far been unable to find the time to fix errors in here, and they changed the table formatting too that I need to find a workaround for. Until (and even if) I ever get around to it, I'll try to capture any errors in this post.
Please continue posting if you find any errors, and I'll add them here - thanks!
