A couple of things: The drop rate for the Giant Dinosaur Bones is 100 % on all those mobs. The % data from their own pages seems wrong, which could be for some odd reason. I have farmed the mount, and never ever killed a mob that did not drop bones.

Secondly, you should note that one mob drops a lot more than one Giant Dinosaur Bones. In fact, big ones like the Primal Dinosaur drops up to 45 bones, while small ones like Primal Direhorn Hatchling only drops 7-9 bones.

And thirdly, the realistic price for the Reins of the Golden/Crimson Primal Direhorn is not 3 000g, since you need to be exatled to buy it, and is therefore cheaper.

A quick note about the Primal Direhorn mounts....each different colored mount has a different Zandalari npc associated with it. The guide links each one to the warbringer that drops only the Jade version of the mount. For example, the Jade mount is dropped by Зандаларский завоеватель, the Slate mount is dropped by Зандаларский завоеватель, and the Amber mount is dropped by Зандаларский завоеватель. So while they are the same mob in name, they have slightly different loot tables to ensure that the color of the direhorn you see the warbringer riding is the only one you have a chance at getting.

For those of you attempting this in a group, there is no loot setting that will allow more than one person to loot each set of bones. You will have to loot every other. We are using 2 hunters spending maybe 1 hour max and have been looting bones for 5 days now. We each have about 1250. We are also noting if the color of the mob the primal egg drops from to see if this corresponds to the color of the mount for the Primal Raptor. Древнее яйцо

Of course it takes longer with 100 other players on the island hunting them also. I would recommend doing it during non peak hours for your best bang for the buck.

So, I'm farming Primal Eggs across three mounts and so far all I've gotten are green raptors. Is RNGesus hating on me, or is there some reason all of my toons get the same prize?
