Augmentation Evoker Cheat Sheet Augmentation Evoker Changes in Midnight Season 2Big Changes

Командир крыла has been redesigned - Массовое извержение now reduces the remaining cooldown of Дыхание эпох by 1.5 seconds for each target struck.

Дрожь земли casts by your Копирование no longer knock enemies into the air.

Удвоение времени has been updated - The additional stats granted when Черная мощь critically strikes now last 15 seconds (modified by Искусность: Дозорный Времени), and Double-time is extended if Ebon Might reapplies it while it is already active. Double-time's functionality with Предвидение is unchanged.

Удвоение времени Augmentation Evoker Hero Talents: Chronowarden and Scalecommander Дыхание эпох Playing an Augmentation Evoker in rotation guide

Keep your buffs up: Augmentation's rotation is centered around maximizing uptime of Черная мощь. Пески времени allows us to extend the duration of Ebon Might through our damaging rotation: casting Дрожь земли and Огненное дыхание at appropriate ranks on cooldown, spending resources on Извержение, and filling downtime with Живой жар (or Лазурный удар).

Always be casting: Keeping high uptime on your rotational spells is key to maintaining a solid resource economy in both raids and Mythic+. Use Бреющий полет effectively to cast spells on the move, and make sure to fill any "downtime" in your rotation with your filler spells, Living Flame and Azure Strike, in order to deal damage and generate Взрывная сущность.

Watch your Essence Burst: Augmentation Evoker has a few different potential sources of Взрывная сущность, and the buff only stacks up to 2. Make sure to spend your Essence Burst when capped, ideally before casting Взрывная сущность generators like Предвидение and Living Flame to avoid wasting resources.

Mind your cooldowns: It's often correct to send cooldowns as soon as they've come back up, but look for opportunities to align your major cooldowns like Дыхание эпох with allies' cooldowns and big damage moments during an encounter.

I thoroughly disagree with your logic here. Chronowarden loses value as your teammates gain in stats. High end mythic raids require the more usage of Breath of Eons & Ebon might than the +% buffs of chronowarden. Also, crit > mastery as 1) mastery scales terribly, as of season 2 by sacrificing only ~0.5% of mastery I gained ~5% crit to give me 30% crit and 5.1% Mastery. That crit, as Scale commander, ensures I have ebon might up 24/7 (when i'm not running around out of range to attack boss) because the crit chance increases by 1.5 seconds instead of 1 second. There are plenty of times I have 3 - 4 seconds with Ebon might ready to cast again when the previous buff was up giving me flexability.

From the mythic raiding I do, I can tell you for a fact my guild struggles if I silently go chronowarden, we wipe cuz lack of dps, then I go to Scalecommander and we easily do the entire boss. Scalecommander raids & mythics. I only Chrono if I'm carrying people.

TLDR Chronowarden if for low gear that needs a buff in stats and less uses of Breath of Eons and you want Crit > Mastery until at you at least hit 30% crit.
