Rolling on Vaelgor & Ezzorak for Последний взор Ваэлгора should be your highest priority as this is the strongest trinket you can possibly get, even at lower item levels.

The Dreamrift

You should use a bonus roll here on Mythic difficulty for the Взор ясновидца Альн trinket. There are some other good slots in here as well, including Tier.

Nexus-Point Xenas

The two rings that drop from Nexus Point, Затенение Бездной and Отсутствие Света are very strong together. You should use this bonus roll in Feral loot spec to increase the odds of dropping one of the rings.

Windrunner Spire has a decent chunk of items available in its pool, making it a good place to use your bonus roll as you're likely to get an item you need. If you already crafted a weapon, you might want to use this bonus roll in Feral loot spec.

Early Crafting Optimization

Since Подкладка из тайной ткани scales with item level, you want to spend Dawncrests upgrading the off-piece you craft after you upgrade your weapon fully. That means if you're crafting early, you want to put it on a high budget item worth raising to 285 rather than a low budget piece like a Cloak or Bracers. Our best off-piece (Gloves) comes from the Great Vault so chances are it will take some time before you see it.

Use a Veteran level Crafted Piece (ideally Cloak or Bracers) with Подкладка из тайной ткани until you know which 4 Tier Pieces you have. If crafting Gloves isn't an option, switch to crafting Boots or Belt.

This trinket is by far the best even at lower item levels.
Alternatively you can upgrade the Locus Walker Ribbon trinket from Crown of the Cosmos, but that trinket will decrease in value when fights start becoming shorter.
Any myth track Intellect weapon works here. Crafted items are only 3 ilvl less than maxed out myth track after upgrading instead of the regular 4, so you can send an upgrade on it without feeling bad.

Spend your remaining crafts filling out the slots you still don't have good item level on. Avoid crafting on tier slots.
There is no item that gives more value than a Weapon. Crafting a Staff is also recommended as it covers both Weapon slots, and there is no guarantee you can get a good ilvl one-hand.
1 Minute and 30 second cooldown trinket that gives you a descending Mastery buff. Pair this with your cooldowns by macroing it to your Incarnation: Chosen of Elune or Celestial Alignment casts. This trinket gives a lot of Mastery when used and opens room for your character to go heavier into Crit and Haste.
A very good statted weapon from the first boss in the March of Quel'Danas raid. While this weapon is very good, it is still worth crafting a Two-Handed Staff early on with an Embellishment, unless you manage to get this weapon from mythic raid. You should always sim your character before upgrading items.
Solid stat stick trinket with an Intellect proc and Mastery stat-stick. Drops from the only boss in the Dreamrift raid.
Definitely the best statted jewelry option for Balance Druid. Drops from the last boss of the tier, but since jewelry does not include Primary Stat, this is still a good item even on heroic. This is also the only Neck to drop with an additional socket, as there is no other way to get a 2nd socket on jewelry in Midnight.
The best performing trinket out of Mythic+ for Season 1. It is not better than the 2 raid trinket alternatives, but this item is still valuable if you drop it early on in the season before acquiring any of the raid trinkets.
Good statted ring from Nexus-Point Xenas. Part of a 2-set. The combo rings are strong together, but always sim your character to make sure it's worth using for you.
Hands will generally be your off-piece in Season 1, meaning that in an ideal scenario, if you have access to all 5 pieces of Tier, the Hands are the ones you unequip. These hands is the best statted alternative we have.
Keep in mind that while this piece is optimal, there are many other alternatives to slot into your off-piece slot.
The second ring from the Nexus-Point Xenas. 2-set. The combo rings are strong together, but always sim your character to make sure it's worth using or not for you.

This trinket gives a stacking Intellect buff, becoming more powerful during combat, eventually maxing out and then diminishing as you spend time out of combat. This is a very good trinket for longer raid fights, usually relevant on the final bosses in a raid.
This is listed as a healer trinket, so you will want to have your loot spec set to Restoration. Remember to target one of your teammates to bond with them. The tooltip is a little misleading, as it can proc from gaining resource, which means that any spell that generates Astral Power can help proc the effect. It is 1 procs per minute non-hasted and provides a bonus both to you and your bonded teammate.

Good trinket that has chance of proccing a DoT on your target.
