I was holy from level 10. I had two sets of gear. healing and fighting. I always kept a sword and board, and a 2-hander on myself at all times too.

Every instance from Deadmines up to Ramparts I have either tanked, dps'd or healed in successfully. Mainly because I leveled mostly through instances so I always had good gear.
As long as they gave me a chance I was able tank it, spank it or heal it.

Anything after ramps I have justed healed.

Never had problems finding groups. But that's just me.

better to level ret because you can heal/DPS/tank in lower level instances as retribution and you have better soloing capabilities, I noticed a huge difference in holy and ret solo leveling
