Going to say this now, and will probably be ignored; but Shin, don't respond to Baryetarir; the guy is just trolling.

I love how everyone on here could be doing something more productive like exercising, rather than condescending towards some people who don't like exercise or admit to being comfortable with how they are.
I think I'd rather feel better about myself than trying to fit in to some preconceived mold of beauty our culture tries to shove down our throats but flaunt we'll never achieve.
As for the OP, I consider myself "average", though friends would say I could probably afford to gain a bit of weight.
But if it makes a difference, I try to go to the gym twice a week and just drink a lot of water and barely snack. If anything, the exercise is enough to keep stress levels and depression at bay for me.
I just do cardio mainly. I hate the feeling of being out of breath. Nothing to do with 'our culture'.

Currently, nothing. However,
soon
, I intend to get back into BMXing, which I sort of got bored of before realising it was a fantastic form of keeping flab at bay.

You do realize having a healthy body provides a better basis for a happy life?
Subjective... I can equally offer up instances where I have seen perfectly healthy people... who were miserable... so uh yeah...
While there are plenty of examples either way, scientifically people who are active and lead healthier lifestyles are more likely to be happy. Since exercise increases dopamine levels, people who do aerobic activities consistently enjoy more things, sleep better, have better decision-making abilities, and find it easier to focus.
Unfortunately, WoW screws with your brain's reward system so much that people would rather just play the game and get instant gratification by completing that next quest or getting that next new shiny epic instead of maintaining not only a healthy body, but mind as well. It's easier to feel better about, but in the long run you don't get as much out of it.
Kind of like the Dark Side of the Force.

I bike to college 4 days a week (8miles each way), When i'm there i walk around 2miles around town each lunch.
I don't eat healthily though... and dont eat alot (dont have breakfast, which is unhealthy apparently)
I'm slightly overweight (6foot tall, weighing 13st 9lb)...
So you ride a bike 8 miles having just slept and not eaten for 12 hours+?
Are you lance armstrong in disguise?

I keep myself in shape by silently raging.
All that quivering hones my muscles into top-quality meat.
