Screw it. I'm going to come clean.

No, there is no such thing.

I made up the system myself purely as a comical relief, but also with the serious motivation to subtly police the forum by steering users whose posts are often disdainful and viewed that way by other users (based on observation) from the abyss of the banhammer and so on and so forth.

I'll try to stop using it if I can.

Fools rush in where fools have been before.
You've been here long enough now Interest to know that if they are wrong and they accept your statement, you go along merrily. But those who deny your claim you leave alone. If they don't want to see something, there is not much you can do.

As for the quote at the top, look at the people who have tried to counter the incorrect. How many are still posting regularly?
