Shamans. After being smashed into a dark corner, they're finally getting quite a nice buff.
No idea if it'll make them viable though.

I don't think I'd call the buffs "huge". There are a large
number
of buffs, but the end effect is really to leave shamans
on par with other classes
in PvP, instead of being gimped in obvious ways.
And it remains to be seen whether this will actually be accomplished. Mana Tide still won't be hard to kill. The totem-casting change will save a couple of seconds here and there. (In many situations you still won't need/want to drop 4 totems at once. It's only really at the beginning of a fight/"relocating" the battle that it makes sense.)
I don't know, I'm just not that impressed with the changes. Resto is still going to be head and shoulders above the other two spec's for the arena. The Ghost Wolf change is very quirky and doesn't make that much difference to my mind. Snares are not what I fear in PvP, it's stuns and fears, roots to a lesser extent, and only then does a snare come to mind. It's still going to be pretty easy to catch us if you yourself have any sort of speed boost, since we are only jumping up to normal run speed when we go Ghost Wolf. (And don't forget that instant Ghost Wolf still requires 2 points in the 3rd tier of Enhancement.)
Don't get me wrong, the changes are welcome and needed. But even more changes - mostly to Ele and Enhance - are needed before one would have any fear of Shamans becoming FOTM.
P.S. The change to Tidal Waves really sucks if you ask me. Those quick-casting LHWs after a Riptide are my bread and butter in both PvP and PvE. Maybe more crits will make up for it, I'll have to try it out. But I have a feeling I prefer the more reliable reduced cast time to the chancey +crit.
P.P.S. Despite all my pessism above, regarding the OP's question the answer actually probably is Shamans. I don't think anyone else got as much love in this patch.

Shamans have gotten quite a bit of love this coming patch, but these are changes that the class has been needed for awhile. I doubt shamans will be overpowered, and frankly healing shamans will now be far more vulnerable to interrupts then they previously were (no more 0.8 Lhw thank you very much)
The totem change and mana tide change were needed, but these changes will likely bring the class on par with others, instead of tagging along with broken mechanics.
The health change was needed, but it is being overblown in how much it will really change. Unless they allocate more stamina to shaman mail gear, we will still have a sizable difference in HP values from other classes.
The ghostwolf change is a good one I think. It would be OP to give us the druid version since we posess
instant cast snares
. I may only move at 100% movespeed while snared, but the fellow chasing me is going to be moving at 50% through a combination of frost shock and grounding totem.
Shaman may become a powerful class in PvP now though, with the phasing out of 2v2 (a heavily concentrated on, and weaker bracket for shamans) shamans may get alot more arena representation because the class is almost essential for a 5v5 arena team.
