a rogue can easily go to Underbog and farm these if they know how to use their stealth, vanish, blind and sprint.
i got 10-15 pr. run

Doing this today (turning shrubberies), I got 750 rep each turning, friendly -> revered. Haven't reached exalted yet, but at that point there's only 999 points to fill, none of which serve any purpose. Undead character, so no human rep bonus either.

The total Sanguine Hibiscus needed is as follows to go from Friendly to Exalted with Sporeggar:

Friendly->Honored: 6,000 Rep
Honored->Revered: 12,000 Rep
Revered->Exalted: 21,000

Total Rep Needed: 39,000

39000 (Rep Needed) / 750 (Rep Awarded) = 52 (Quest Turn-In)
52 (Quest Turn-In) x 5 (Sanguine Hibiscus) = 260 Total (Sanguine Hibiscus)

Simply put, you need 260 Sanguine Hibiscus to go from Friendly to Exalted.
* 240 Sanguine Hibiscus For Humans due to Diplomacy.

Honored->Exalted: 220 Sanguine Hibiscus
Revered->Exalted: 140 Sanguine Hibiscus

I'm farming these as i speak. As a lvl 70 retri paladin after the patch (3.0.2), it's really easy to solo the way to the first boss and a bit after that. Picking up all the hibiscuses on the ground and killing all the mobs I see, i get about 20-25 per run. Then I just run out, reset, and run in again.

Underbog is easily soloable at 80. Did so as a holy priest with marginal gear.

Cleared everything up to the double Boglord pull before the first boss, and 4 or so trash pulls after that through the entire instance. All the bosses and annoying trash (bugs and fearing things) can be walked around.

Received around 30-35 hibiscus before no more would spawn. Only missed one spawn point due to it being right behind a boss.

Make a nice habit of killing naga till your bored and running one full instance of UB for Hibiscus, and you'll get Exalted in no time!

Gathering Hibiscus does not increase your aggro with nearby mobs like mining does, if the mob hasn't seen you, you can gather it without pulling.

Easily farmable at level 80 as a non-stealther. There are 4 mobs/packs that cannot be crossed easily, so I would recommend keeping the following packs in mind when going there.

-2 Patrolling Naga on the bridge near the fishtank of Ghaz'an
-2 Stationary Naga just behind that pack
-2 Patrolling Naga just behind that pack (these can be skipped, just rather tricky)
-Giant Boglord after Musel'ek.

Spawns I found underneath mobs:
-After the jump down from Ghaz'an, heading down and taking the corner, underneath some nether rays (these are in the wasp-patrol route, so bear that in mind)
-Behind Swamplord Musel'ek (skipped because it isn't very time efficient)
-Final Boglord on the left side towards the Black Stalker (he seems to aggro when going there, someone please confirm.)

I'm a level 80 Human Death Knight and this is a great way for rep farming.

My way of farming them is to complete the instance up to the first boss, and a couple of mobs after that (until you get to the nagas). I kill all of these and get all of the Hibiscus off the floor and I end up with about 25 Hibiscus. After I've killed them all, I run outside and reset the instance, then repeat what I've just done. (The Hibiscus DOES reset on the floor, too).

I get around 4k rep for each of these I do, and it takes no longer than 10 minutes each time. 10 times, and you have 40k rep (if you're a human) which is Friendly > Exalted.

10 runs * 10 minutes = 100 minutes (1 hour, 40 minutes).

So overall, you can get yourself to exalted with Sporregar in 2 hours. That's quicker than Kurenai!

Currently, as a level 80 warrior dps with no self healing I can easily take care of anything in there, just don't intentionally gather more than one group, it's not dangerous per se but it takes forever to get back health.

I use purified Onyxia blood talisman instead of one of my currently horrible ilevel 213 dps trinkets. With it I get enough healing to walk straight through without pausing to heal.

Titans grip fury warrior spec.

On the boss I tried to go tank but that was actually harder, the titangrip dps takes down the boss before even the first fungus is fully grown.

Haven't timed my runs but just so you know, plate dps shuold easily take out the boss.

I'm doing normal runs of course, don't get any rep for killing stuff anyway.

I see this as Multi-tasking, getting the herb for Sporeggar, and each kill is Cenarion Expedition rep, if you're running heroic you can earn it with UB kills till exalted!

I was confused as to how much rep I would get for these turn ins, and after reading the comments here I was very disappointed it was downgraded to 250 instead of 750.

I went to confirm the rep value and received 750 rep for it. I don't know why they changed it to 250 and then back to 750, but it is now, once again, 750 much to my delight.

I'm farming these in Underbog now. Getting 30 per run (killing all the trash) and the reward is 825 rep per turn in. 4,950 rep per run. Well on my way to my Tiny Sporebat!

Patch 4.3 saw the end of this quest from this quest giver. Same quest, new quest giver is inside The Underbog: Bring Me Another Shrubbery!

Gzhun'tt Gzhun'tt will no longer take your , but T'shu, right inside the door of the Underbog, will be happy them off your hands in exchange for 825 rep.
