Inside the Temple. Entrance at /way 39.25, 48.24 (Vaults of Atal'Utek - Vault of Restless Bones)
High Priest Jin'tal is at the end of the temple hallways at /way 49.31, 72.44

Make sure to use the lever after defeating him to open the door back to the entrance.

This is incorrect. Ancient Foe is actually the rare Szarith in the northern part of Atal' Utek. Spawn timer is between 20 and 30 minutes.

All Quests line The Honored Med'jai:

1. The Med'jai Medallion - Go to messi Me'si ( This is real Messi or just Me'si ? ) is a ghost /way #2509 48.8 64.6
2. Guardians of Death, Guardians in Stone - Go to statue Thaze'ala /way #2509 38.46 34.12, and press on it.
3a. Worthy of the Past - Slay 5 Soulcoiler Revenant they will drop blue orb that you need to press to count progress. i almost lost first one xD
3b. The Unremembered - You need to Honored 2 statues:
- Let'aka /way #2509 39.50 49.66, press on statue they on 2 Incense
- Gal'fon /way #2509 44.00 56.10, press on statue then on Gal'fon's Bow is behind statue on right next to wall then press on statue one more time.
5. An Ancient Foe - Go to Crypt enter /way #2509 39.63 48.31, go to last chamber /way 40.24 72.37, and slay High Priest Jin'tal then slay Spirit of Jin'tal will spawn after kill High Priest Jin'tal.
6. A Worthy Vigil - Retur to Messi to finish Storyline. Doing this Story line You can get a little of Corrosive Coin.

His avatar just keeps despawning at about 30% before i can finish him off.
Edit: Had to switch from Heal to DPS spec in order to kill him fast enough, there seems to be an invisible timer.

This quest can NOT be completed in a group. Also you have to gear to open the gate or it will not complete. If someone ahead of you gears the gate to open be sure to wait for it to shut and gear it yourself. The quest is turned in right there at the exit of the gave.
