new issue, unable to get this quest on my 2nd level 90? not sure what causes it to pop, i have access to abundance and satheril's, and voidstorm stuff, i did campaign skip, but no quest. main has it. anyone know what causes it to pop? worried its campaign related.

There is an intro quest waiting for you in the center of Silvermoon.

It took me some time to figure out, but in Silvermoon there should be a "Purple Triangle" introductionary quest called Saltheril's Haven. Completing that quest chain will allow you to represent one of the four factions for the remainder of the week. Once you've chosen a faction you will unlock the event for the Runestones allowing you to complete that part of Midnight: World Tour.

It seems at the Launch of Midnight this quest is broken.
The pin pointing to the quests is located ~1000yr below surface.. someones hand sliped and moved quest trigger way below the ground.

Hi,

After looking here and there about that quest and looking to get the items champion 1/6 from the renown , it looks like the quest we need to do like : Defend a Runestone at Saltheril's Soiree in Eversong are available once you get the correct renown level.

I went to Caeris Fairdawn, the renown Quartermaster in Saltheril's Haven. Being level 9 renown with Silvermoon, he gave me a quest to get the headset champion track 1/6.

On the process of doing that quest, you actually do : Defend a Runestone at Saltheril's Soiree in Eversong

Finishing the quest checked that box on the Midnight : world tour quest.

Suppose it does the same for other zone.

If your alt can't see this quest, go to Soridormi (/way #2393 55.6 69.8 Soridormi)
Talk to her and choose "Untangle Midnight Timelines", and then "I stopped the Voidstorm" to skip the Midnight level-up campaign.

Looks like you can finally complete Learn about a Legend of the Haranir in Harandar, start Lost Legends, then complete the the following questline (can't seem to find in on WH at the time of this writing)

Okay so to make the Eversong Woods part of the World tour quest available you first need to pick up the purple quest Saltheril's Haven in silvermoon.
That quest will then direct you to Lord Saltheril which makes Honored Guests available to you.
Upon completion it will open the weekly Soiree quests about defending the runestones and other stuff to you.

I completed the "Learn about a Legend of the Haranir in Harandar" today. I choose the Aln'hara's Bloom item when on the "Lost Legends" quest . I went to the area to meditate and did a few short quests and returned to turn the Aln'hara's Bloom in and received credit.

If you're confused about 'Learning about a Legend of the Harandar' like I was, go to The Den in the center Harandar, grab the quest in the building above the waterfall, and choose a relic to learn about. After that, depending on which one you chose, you'll go to a different part of the map to finish up. I chose Aln'hara's Bloom, and it led me to /way 54.5 65.8, (roughly) for the rest.

If you're stuck on this quest because the marker area on your map is in the den, you need to go just above and outside of the den to the building on the top of the cliff. Pick up a quest from the NPC Zur'ashar Kassameh, and do his quest line where you pick up a relic, for example, I chose Weynan's Ward. Finish the quest and turn it in. That gave me credit for Midnight: World Tour

1) first quest (blue) at /way 54.14 53.11 inside the hut on surface not in den
2) second quest (yellow) from same guy in the hut /way 54.14 53.11
then u get the credit after u done with the second quest

If no NPC seems to be in the spot marked on the map in Harandar for the associated part "Learn about a Legend of the Haranir in Harandar" but you can pick up the (daily?) quest from Zur'ashar Kassameh do that instead.

If you complete one of the tales (I picked The Tale of Wey'nan's Ward) it will complete this step of the quest.

Hello does anybody know why you cant pick this up on ur alt when skipped campeign?, should be able to pick it up when you have skipped it on alts, now we miss like 1 spark on alts?

IF you are stuck on this and only have "Defend a Runestone at Saltheril's Soiree in Eversong" left, IT IS NOT BUGGED, do the quest line from Lord Saltheril. Hand out the Tokens to the 3 Reps and get their dailies, do those as it gives you 50 Arcana which is needed for the Runestone. Don't waste your time LFG for runestone, just go to it and charge it mostly. Then announce a couple times your intent, had 6 or 7 solo, easy peasy.

Once I turned in the Runestone quest, BAH Midnight: World tour was complete.

if you leveled up second (third, forth etc...) character and didn't have second Spark of Radiance what you must do:
1) Skip the Midnight Campaign in the Inn by speaking with Soridormi (chose two dialogue options to skip it): /way #2393 55.6 69.8 Soridormi
2) Speak with Lor'themar Theron in the middle of the Silvermoon (where you take Campaign Quests): /way #2393 45.7 70.2 Lor'themar
He must've Quest Midnight: World Tour (even if he doesn't have Exclamation Quest mark above him and on the Map)

P.S. If he doesn't have Quest Midnight: World Tour - do a relog.

Soiree and Abundance seem to have been retroactive, but Stormarion and Legend were not. So if I did the Legend of the Haranir prior to picking up this quest I'm just screwed?

Just remember the currency one you may be seeing is “Radiant Spark Dust”, which is 1/1.
But “Spark of Radiance” is an item in your inventory.

Thanks to the design team for taking up an hour of my time before I could understand this

There are four additional quests you can pick up at each factions' quatermasters that correspond with the objectives of Midnight: World Tour and award 246 ilvl champion gear:
- Defend a Runestone at Saltheril's Soiree in Eversong . Quatermaster Quest: Courting Success . Reward: Head
- Complete an Abundance event in Zul'Aman . Quatermaster Quest: An Abundance of Wealth . Reward: Neck
- Learn about a Legend of the Haranir in Harandar . Quatermaster Quest: Legendary Prosperity . Reward: Waist
- Defend the Singularity during Stormarion Assault in Voidstorm . Quatermaster Quest: Guarded Treasures . Reward: Trinket

You do not have to be on Midnight: World Tour in order to finish those four quests, and vice versa. You may find it a time saver to finish them all at the same time.

To do the above four quests you must have:
- Renown level 9 with the Amani Tribe and Silvermoon Court
- Renown level 8 with the Hara'ti
- Renown level 7 with The Singularity
- You will easily exceed these Renown levels if you finish the campaign and most of the side quests in all the zones.

These four quests in conjunction with the Prey system rewards can be used as part of a quick, self-sufficient way to gain ilvl before M+ is released for Midnight. The rewards may or may not be your most available BIS.

Am I missing something or can you only complete this quest on your account once per week bc of how did they the legends of haranir change? If have several alts at max that will be locked behind a spark for 7 weeks if i wanna do the achievement on my main or i can forgo the achievement for now and get one spark a week on each alt..which by then i will prob have more alts lol

edit: oh you can actually still accept the same legend you picked up already. There was ! above the quest giver even with warbound quests showing.

2nd edit: 3 of my 6 characters finished MN world tour before the legend change. This week, after i did legend on my main, n either of the other two could see the legend quest. My 4th and 5th alt that didn't complete legend quest was able to see it and get credit for repeating it. No rep, but I was able to get the world tour done. My 6th, I cannot see the quest to complete world tour. I h ad assumed that the weekly would just pop up for chars that still had the world tour quset, but I guess not. The only thing I can think of is you need to complete the campaign to see the weekly

Congratulations to the team at Blizzard for yet again creating a quest line that explains nothing, has players scratching their heads, but does give players ample time to watch YouTube, and use google search due to your ineptness. Well done. Here is my own useless quest. Find Dave. He lives in a house. Now search planet earth for said Dave in said house. It may take you less time than this quest line you gave us.

How to get credit for Legend of the Haranir on an alt?
My alt did the campaign quest, is could do all 3 other events for credits. Only legeng of the haranir is not working. The minimap marker shows the hut of Zur'ashar Kassameh. On my main i did the weekly alrdy, but on my alt, i cant pick anything.

Anybody knows, what to do?

FYI this quest is currently (March 16th, 2026 US time) impossible on alts after you've done it once on your main. After the hotfix last week that made it impossible to complete the haranir legend quest again once it's been done by your warband, you can't complete that step of the world tour on any alts that hadn't completed it before the hotfix.

You can speak to the NPC that gives you this quest in Silvermoon again on your alt and ask about the Legend of the Haranir and he will mark it off for the quest now. If you have the quest from 5/6 days ago then abandon it, it needs to be a fresh quest

For the "Learn about a Legend of the Haranir" step, what worked for me is to complete a quest for one of the 7 legends present in The Den (54.28, 53.10). I had only done the storyline, and had not unlocked any of the 7 legends. Doing one of them (through Zur'ashar Zassameh, standing in the center of the room) completed the quest objective for me!

FOR THOSE WHO ARE CONFUSED ABOUT THE RUNESTONE REQUIREMENT (as I was...) :
You have to do a few things to validate the step of defending a runestone.

First, you have to do the quest given by Lord Saltheril and invite a bunch of people from Silvermoon.

Then you have to chose a faction between the three factions invited (Blood knights, Magisters, Farstriders).

Choosing a faction will unlock a weekly quest (name "Fortify the runestones: <Name of your chosen faction here>) that IS the defending of the runestone and is located somewhere on the map. To defend the runestone you have to "charge" it with 100 LATENT ARCANA, which you can get in two way :
- You walk around the map and gather the latent arcana wherever.
- You get 25 latent arcana by daily quest given by the 3 factions.

You can also be lucky like me and arrive by the stone at a moment when somebody else charged it and validate the quest like that.

After defending the runestone you still have to go back to the quest giver and validate the quest, which will validate it for the Midnight world tour.

For those like me who could not pick up the quest from Lor'Themar nor do the skip dialog with Soridormi, if you can pick up quests from the Foothold Questline Foothold that might be why.
I was on the last quest in the chain, where you can talk to Liadrin near the sunwell and she can skip the campaign dialog option like soridormi. As i was on the last quest in the chain im unsure if you can skip eariler but i assume you could.

For anyone like me who picked up this quest on multiple chars and are stuck on your alts at the "Learn about a Legend of the Haranir in Harandar" and have done the midnight tour on a main and the Haranir quest, abandon the quest and retake the quest it should check off this stage of the quest.

Also to note and including in this if you do not see the quest for midnight world tour on your alt char and skipped the campaign, speak to Soridormi (/way #2393 55.6 69.8 Soridormi) in the inn in Silvermoon (right of the door as you exit) she is laid on a couch Talk to her and choose "Untangle Midnight Timelines", and then "I stopped the Voidstorm" to skip the Midnight level-up campaign.

If you don't know what to do in Harandar because map circle is wrong in place.
Simply talk to Kassameh and do one of relicts it will count.

For my alt what worked:

Went to the scouting map behind Lor'themar Theron, picked up The war of light and shadow. Flew to turn in the quest and I had the selection to skip to max level campaign.

Went back to Lor'themar Theron and got the Midnight: world tour quest

Have you flown to eversong and back three times now?

Talk to the butler outside the main building in SIlvermoon.

By this point you've spoken to him before. Pick up the Saltheril Haven quest and this will start the dialog for the Saltheril's Soiree portion of the World Tour Quest

To those who can't turn this in because Lor'themar is missing:

I had started the campaign questline to visit Bel'ameth, and I had to complete that and recruit the Silver Covenant to make Lor'themar re-appear in the Sanctum of Light.

If he's not in the center of the city where you need him for any turn-ins, check to see if you have any ongoing campaigns, and complete them first. I believe the recruiting the Haranir campaign can also displace Lor'themar.

I completed this the first time on my main, but now, on my alt, I could not complete the Learn about a Legend of the Haranir part of the quest, but the others were complete. I saw some comments saying to talk to Soridormi to get it resolved, but she had no options for my alt. I was tired of having the quest 3/4 complete so I tried the other method of abandoning and re-getting it from Lorthemar at the center of the city. While this DID work to progress and automatically complete the Legend of the Haranir part of the quest, now the Runestone(Eversong) and Singularity(Voidstorm) quests are incomplete. Annoying as hell because I can't stand voidstorm but at least the Haranir one isn't stuck anymore.

I'm having trouble completing the Midnight: World Tour quest. I can't speak to the NPC in Eversong Woods to defend the runestone. I've completed the entire campaign and accepted the quest multiple times, but nothing has worked.

I give up on this, I haven't completed this on ANY character.

I only have 2x 90's and have completed all Campaign quests and have even completed Loremaster of Midnight but theres no way I can work out how to trigger the ability to do the 'Learn about a legend of the Haranir in Harandar'.

Aksem does not offer 'The Listener.

I have been able to the daily quest from Zur'ashar Kassameh and got a new belt but thats it.

There is a nice Triangle in Harandar but the circle for the quest has nothing and no one there.

I only picked up The World Tour quest today about 2 hours ago.

This is awful Blizzard and not good enough after so many years of doing this.

If you're finding this quest as confusing as I am, this is my best explanation. If you're on the quest "Learn about a Legend of Haranir", firstly you have to find the start of the quest, which is confusing enough. You get shown a blue circle in the tracker but you either fly into a waterfall or into that damn cave. Anyway, if you're in the cave, go out, fly straight up and you'll find the hut (looks like the mouth of a plant) at /way 54.15, 53.13.

Inside is a dude who offers you a choice of relics, start his quest (I chose Wey'nans Ward). Just as confusing as it's a 5 stage quest. At one point it tells you to follow Wey'nans trail. Huh? What trail? Turns out you have to follow a wulpine into a cave up the hill. Lot of dangerous mobs but you can lose aggro by hiding in long grass. Go to the back of the cave and you find a couple of orange bodies, clicking on them leads you to a mushroom. This leads you out of the cave again to a Moth. Back into the cave to craft Wey'nan's Ward. All the way to the back of the cave, then turn around and then keep to the left wall, it will take you to a new cave, where you can then craft Wey'nan's Ward. Yes, you just wasted 30-45 minutes to figure this out........
