Be sure and pick up the flightpoints as you tour. Do not be me and have to go back to them all.

If the neighborhood sells out while doing this quest, you can exit through the portal and come back to a new instance with houses available.

I'll provide the dialogue that triggers when you go with Lyssabel to the six locations on the island:

Mear's Farm
"Though the crops come and go with the season, these fields, orchards, and arbors have been here longer than the city of Stormwind."

The Outer Banks
"In his logbook, Faldir expressed relief to find safe harbor here. This isle became a crucial foothold for the humans who first settled the south."

Small Aerie
"The locals have dubbed this hill the Small Aerie. Flocks of Gryphons naturally tend to roost here."

Gilded Oaks
"The beacon on the bluff is one of the island's most historic landmarks. It is the first light seen by ships bound for Stormwind Harbor."

Brumewood Hollow
"The island's burial roll has been meticulously kept. Over fifty generations have called this place home. It is a fascinating read."

Cliffside
"The island's earliest register mentions an amnesiac Dwarf found in the surf. Though his true identity is lost to us, this bridge he built serves as his legacy."

From this, we can extrapolate that Founder's Point is:

Older than Stormwind City that 50 generations of people lived here.
Managed to survive The First War unscathed

I've already done this quest and have bought and decorated a home, but coming back to the neighborhood today, this quest popped back up again.

As I figured. I can't finish the quest because I already purchased a home. I wonder if I abandon it if it will continue to pop up (yes, it does keep popping up), or if it will screw up things.
