For warlocks, the quest text reads

I have been sensing powerful fel magic throughout Silvermoon, but this is the first origin point I could locate. The rest were too faint, or perhaps deliberately hidden. Fortunately, this means we now have a specific area to comb through more closely.

We need to gather more evidence. Go around this area and see if you can find more hidden sources of fel. I trust your... proclivities will make this an easy task, warlock.

While the buff you get instead reads "Fel Senses: Already attuned to the fel, you can effortlessly detect nearby fel magic."

Ignore the quest text sending you to the Royal Exchange. All of the items are in Murder Row quite close to the quest giver.

Don't forget Silvermoon City has terraces -- some of the items are up above street level.

As a Draenei using the Man'ari Eredar (red skin) customisation the quest text is changed.

"We need to gather more evidence. Go around this area and see if you can find more hidden sources of fel. I have no fondness for what you are, demon--but if you will use your senses for good, then I have no quarrel with you."

He will also have a chat bubble saying "Put your... affinities to use, demon. We will rendezvous shortly."

Along with you getting the same buff text as warlocks regardless of class: "Fel Senses: Already attuned to the fel, you can effortlessly detect nearby fel magic."

On the top terrace there is a Wine Seller. Behind him on the floor is a bottle. That one took me a while to find.

Did this 3 times easily taking a couple of city quests at a time, then suddenly lost track of what I was about leveling another alt with 4 quests all in this area. My notes in case I fill my map with too many quest points again:
In Murder Row (lower level):

Stained Worker's Shirt: Pile of rags by the Murder Row Meeting stone
Blackened Metal Fragment: Concealed crate at the back of a street market stall
Handwritten List: Book on the center right side table in Silvery Serenades shop

Above Murder Row (upper level):

Drained Wyrm Core: Mislaid bag on platform that juts out over Murder Row
Bottled Fel Dust: Green bottle on the floor back of the street market stall on above murder row. Can be seen easily while picking up the Drained Wyrm Core in the Mislaid Bag
