This quest has unique dialogue and interactions for draenei. Main quest description:

<The man calls out to you in your native tongue. His accent is unfamiliar to you.>

A brother of Argus! Kin of mine! Lost to us for ages, surely you hail from the... no, my questions can wait. There are more pressing matters.

These domanaar kidnapped us from our world. Portals opened, and they poured forth from the sky. They force us to fight and die in their arenas for their amusement! I escaped, only to be captured again trying to help my people.

My elder sister, Tul'amar, has a plan to get us home. Set me free, and I'll take you to meet her.

Upon being released from the cell, Juras says (in draenei):
Follow me.

When you get to the cave, Juras says (in draenei):
Look at what I've brought us! Long lost kin of ours! He saved me.
Juras gestures towards you. Tul'amar eyes you carefully as the other refugees murmur in awe.

There is an option to talk to Tul'amar:
<I don't recognize your accent, sister.>
Thousands of years separated from our kin on the Genedar has a way of carving rifts between us. I should explain.

Many of us followed our Prophet Velen in his great flight away from Sargeras's Legion. Perhaps you know the many worlds we sought refuge upon. Perhaps you stepped foot upon some of them yourself, as we did: worlds of snow and ice, of mist and bush, of endless oceans--no world we could settle for long.

The Legion came, as always, and I and others who could not promptly return to our dimensional ship were left behind. We watched the Genedar drift into the sky until it was nothing more than a glimmering dot. And then, gone.

Since then, we have survived in the Great Dark Beyond. Alone.

<Tell her about Draenor, Azeroth, and Sargeras's defeat.>

<Tul'amar listens carefully as you explain the history of the draenei since she had been separated.>

I had heard news of our victory on Argus. We have stumbled upon fel-scarred kin seeking redemption in greater number than ever before as of late. I regret that we were not there to join you.

There is so much more for us to discuss, brother. I hope there will be time to, but we are in danger here. My people need to go home.

<Return to Azeroth with us. Be with your people.>

I... I will consider it. But you must understand, these people--my people--we already have a home. They have families--loved ones who were stolen away from them.

Imagine doing the same: leaving everything behind to join with us, and hope that a new world is safer than the one you already know and love.

We can discuss this more later, but we're in danger as we stand here and speak.

Quest completion text:
I am filled with cautious hope to see kin of ours in this hellish place, and I owe you for rescuing my younger brother.

But I have more to ask of you.

She has a unique dialog for warlock (since she also has one for draenei, I wonder what it is for draenei warlock):

<The mage sniffs the air at your approach and then narrows her good eye at you. After a moment of hesitation, she reluctantly speaks in fluent Eredun.>

You stink of fel. I will save us the indignity of grunting at one another, but do not mistake me for man'ari. We are draenei. Exiles. Survivors.

I am Tul'amar. It is my duty to guard my people, the Nethersent, and see them home.

(Demonic) Let us speak freely, eredar.

I am an eredar, but ahead of that, I am draenei. I spit on the demonkind, who chased my people across the cosmos. Tyrants, man'ari... but they are not the monsters that threaten my people as we speak.

My people need your help, warlock. I ask for it.

<Point out the fel-tainted among her ranks.>

As if I can forget! Krokul, Sargerei defectors, and other origins you could scarcely believe! We are survivors, one and all. They too are draenei, and I stnd behind my kin with pride!

We have been alone in the cold, incaring Great Dark Beyond for thousands years, left behind by our kin and by the Light! Protecting one another from ethereal kidnappers, from parasitic aberrations, and from the monstrosities of the Void who harry us even as we speak.

And yet, we have forged a home we cherish. It is where we must return.

In addition to ther dialogue for Demon Hunters and Warlocks, Draenei, red-skinned Draenei, and players who don't understand Demonic or Draenei, there's also dialogue for Mages with Arcane Linguist here.

Someone spent a lot of time making several variations of this quest!

I love the amount of detail put into this questline.

So far there's been unique dialogue for draenei, warlocks, and Man'ari. I may very well just make a lightforged draenei (or hell a lightforged warlock) to see if those have unique dialogue as well.

Here's the Mage with arcane linguist version:

<You sense a familiar buzz of arcane in the air around Tul'amar. She, like you, seems capable of understanding allies' languages with Arcane Linguist. She smiles in recognition of your abilities.>

A fellow mage. Convenient. That makes this simpler.

I am Tul'amar. It is my duty to guard my people, the Nethersent, and see them home.

<Ask about her familiarity with Arcane Linguist.>

<Tul'amar demonstrates her magic. Your combined fluency in the arcane allows you to communicate normally.>

I trained in the glimmering halls seated in Eredath. This is a rare technique among my people. Wherever you hail from, your magic clearly ought not to be underestimated.

There's obviously lots of options for this quest chain, but /hugging Juras at the quest completion part as a Draenei will cause him to say in Draenic, "Hah, bring it in! I guess it's a bit of a reunion, isn't it?"

The potion of tongues from Arcantina doesnt work here because they speak Draenei and not Common language.

For some reason I am not able to see anyone to start this quest line. I have an 'Abducted Offworlder' NPC in one cage that doesn't give me any social dialogue, and the cage behind her is empty! It's the only questline I need to complete to earn my 'Loremaster of Midnight' achievement! Anyone able to help me out maybe with a way to find the quest giver?
