This is broken! Can't do the last two relics and this quest is unavailable to me. Been like this for 2 weeks, no change. Bought a decor item from Maku for completing Wey'nan's Ward quest, now it says the item is unavailable because i haven't completed the quest even though i already bought the item once! Fun times.

does anyone any idea how to get this quest? I am not getting it for third ( i think) week now. the GMs closed my ticket that they do not support this.
i reported a bug, but i guess since it is working for someone, i guess i am missing something.
I have finished all other available quests in Harandar, i use only one character...
any idea? is there a renown requirement?

This quest isn't available to any of my toons. Progression with the weekly relics quests is currently stalled on the last two on the right telling me I need to awaken them by unlocking the other relics, but they already are.

This set of quests and achievement seems to be confounding a lot of people with little to no help from bug reports and seemingly no desire to fix them.

Either they're bugged or made in such a way that if you don't stick entirely to a particular format it blocks you from completion forever more with no way out.

I can see the only way to save my sanity is to drop the lot and forget about it until someone decides to fix or get rid of these diabolically bad quests.

EDIT: This recipe for complete frustration has been hotfixed. All quests are available for all toons, the weekly is no longer locked to one toon per account per week, and nothing is gated.

So after attempting to get help from Blizzard, I was essentially told "Can't help you, go away" by a GM in the language that they are allowed to use. I was given a link TO THIS ARTICLE, that I had already referred to in my ticket. One GM claimed that there were no bug reports filed - there are multiple. I've tried all of these solutions, I tried everything the first GM told me to try - which included a suggestion of ABANDONING the quest and retaking it - when the whole damn issue is I can't get the quest in the first place! I'm so unbelievably pissed off

Ok, I may have figured this out. I too was stuck and I went to see what quest I was missing in this chain. Apparently after the 2nd quest when drinking tea. If you talk to Aksem and follow chat bubbles, he mentions meditating at the cradle. Fly to top of ridge next to the skyriding glyph there (47, 53) there is a table with mag glass. Click it and meditate-once that is done you will have another quest pop up to meditate at a stone. Once that quest is done you turn it in to Kassameth and he will then give you the next quest, The Stolen Staff.

The legends quest line and cradle quest line is super bugged for me. I've done all of the legends artifacts but haven't seen any follow up quest for the cradle quest line. No idea how to fix it cus Blizz isn't useful

This quest and achievement combo is another example of a rogue team at Blizzard just doing things against the framework of the game. Whoever signed off on this really needs a performance evaluation. Why can't their quest teams make anything consistent? The achievement doesn't indicate anything about doing this on one character, the game doesn't light up a quest marker for the NPC that does the relic quests, there isn't much that connects any of it, etc. This is yet another example of failure from the dev leadership.

Ok after much trial and error, as well as being stuck on this for a bit I believe I have found a way to track which "Legend" quest has been done on each character. For me I had completed quests on alts and not tracked which toon had done which weekly.

If you got to the Decor Specialist Maku inside The Den (Underneath the Legend Quest giver) any quest you have not done on that toon will have that Decor unavailable.

I went to it on 4 toon and each one had different ones available and locked due to which weeklies I had completed.
