This quest is picked up from Zur'ashar Kassameh who is in a small room above the main Den area

If you have reached Rank 8 with the Hara'ti and are looking to pick up this quest for the Champion quality belt you want to speak to the Quartermaster Naynar at 50.9, 50.8

She will have the quest for you even if you have already completed it via the weekly questgiver Zur'ashar Kassameh

Naynar is located NORTH of the Den. She is NOT inside the underground complex.

Does anyone know if this can now only be completed once weekly per warband?

Last week I was able to do it on five toons but this week only the one and on the others says it's already completed.

This is an infuriating quest. Zur'ashar says pick one, all illuminated and have the standard interaction sparkle but it wouldn't let me pick the one I wanted to do. Not a fan of being forced down an unseen path when the wording and visual indicates something else.

Seems like you are unable to complete, or even properly start, the quest this week (8th of April in EU).

I only have one relic interactive, Sky's Hope, but when I try to select it the tooltip says: "The secret of this relic is still hidden from us. Awaken the story of other relics while the Zur'ashar continues to investigate.". Place next to is is fully empty, tho.

If you're stuck on this like I was, unable to see Root of the World and unable to select Sky's Hope, you need to finish The Empty Cradle questline. Go to Shul'ka Seila at /way 58.8, 47.8 and complete 4 short quests beginning with That's Not Yours. Eventually Aksum will send you back to Zur'Ashar Kassameh to do this quest with Root of the World. That will unlock another short questline starting with Once More Into the Rift, which should make Sky's Hope available after the server reset.

Can't start the quest for the final 7th relic. It is lit, but there is no way to interact with it.

Still bugged as of April 19th. Both Root of the World and Sky’s Hope are lit up but both are greyed out and give me no hint whatsoever as to how to unlock them.

I have done literally every single quest line in Harandar on this character so that is NOT the fix.

EDIT: figured it out. I had done legends on my Haranir alt - the one I use as ’main’ for the legends because I’m a nerd - as I was leveling. Once I hit 90, the items I had already gotten on him popped up as yellow quests on Kassameh. I had to do them all again on that character. Once that was done, I got the quest to unlock the Root of the World, that takes you to Shul’ka Seila.

Great. It really sems you need to have done all earlier relics on the same toon, to unlock the last two.

While leveling and also after that, I have done this weekly on 5 different toons. So now the max. number of done relics on a single toon is 2. I believe somewhere I even skipped a week because I thought the progress was time-gated (not quest-gated), since this is what the tooltip text of the last two relics suggested.

Seems I have to continue now with the toon that has the max. number of relics done (two), repeating relics already done on others. What a waste of time. Nothing here suggests that the quest progress is per toon, even the associated achievement “Legends Never Die” (61574) registers the progress account-wide.

I think they have simply forgotten to make the quest progress account-wide too.

Tip:

If you are in the same situation, and need to find out which toon has done the most relics, the probably fastest way is with the ‘All The Things’ (ATT) addon:

Enable the options ‘Account Mode’, ‘Show Completed Groups’, and ‘Show Collected Things’; then open the mini list (zone list) for Harandar (opens automatically if you are in the zone) and go to “Legends of the Haranir”. Expand the subquests of each relic and you’ll see the “Completed by” info in the tooltip.

(For this to work the addon must have been loaded on each relevant toon at least once since quest completion.)

How do you do this weekly once you've done every relic? Is it just a capped source of Rep?

Here's my solution. I created a ticket that my completion of Wey'nan's Ward was not correctly finished.
(you can check at the decor vendor in the Den, whether he would sell you the decor hidden behind that quest.)
so i wrote that i need completion of this quest or make me un-complete it so that i can do it again.
they did that and now the quest is available for me and i can progress further with The Stolen Staff quest.
this is probably the only solution for now. hope it helps

I'm another person who had this bricked and unable to proceed, but I did figure out my problem. I'd picked up one of the quests on an alt (Wey'nan's Ward) and not completed it, and that was getting in the way! If you are where I was at, with the first 5 done, no ability to choose 6 or 7 and no quest to unlock them, CHECK YOUR ALTS AND MAKE SURE THEY DON'T HAVE ONE OF THE RELIC QUESTS. Not promising this is the solution for everyone, but it was the solution for me.

Like others, I was not able to select one of the two remaining relics. I just found out why: I had started the relic quest on an alt but didn't finish it. Once I completed the quest, another relic became available. Hope that helps

Cannot access Sky's Hope and it's the last relic I have. It says the secrets of this relic are still hidden from us. Awaken the story of other relics while the Zur'ashar continue to investigate. I don't have any other relics! I have both quests 'legendary prosperity' and 'lost legends' which ask me to discover or select a relic. How am I supposed to continue?

These relics are just an extremely flawed design, condition upon condition which leads nothing but to bugs. Even after latest hotfixes as of June 9th still doesn't work for me, hopefully it actually resolved issues for many, but there are still things to fix.

How it bugged for me: I've completed 6 relics on my main. The same week on my alt I picked up the quest Legendary Prosperity for a 246ilvl belt; prior to that on other alts I just had to pick up the quest and I would be able to hand it in right away. But That week I actually had to select a relic, and it was the last 7th Sky's Hope and last one that was available, so I selected it and got my 246 belt. After that I didn't complete the relic quest, because I planned to do it on my main the following week.

Now I'm not able to do neither Lost Legends nor Legendary Prosperity on any of my characters, main and alts. I've been trying by clearing all the quest logs on all my characters one by one, still after 3 weeks it doesn't work. On the screenshots you may see, that last relic "Sky's Hope" is not highlighted, once I click on it - I get lore information about this relic, like about all the other relics, meaning that the game believes I've completed it, while I did not which block the progress for Legends Never Die and Chronicler of the Haranir . If anyone else has this issue, the only way for us is to report the bug and keep waiting, sadly.

If you cannot select a relic, this might be because you have started a relic quest on another character - or the current one from a previous week. See the "Reward from" tab on this item for a list of those quests.
This script can help you identify whether the character you're logged into is on one of those quests:

I included the "The Story of..." variants, which I think are for repeats once you have completed the regular quests once for Legends Never Die, as I guess this can also happen for those quests, and thus the script is a bit more complicated-looking.

Note that even characters below level 90 can accept these quests, so be sure to check any character you ever took into Harandar.

I can't complete this, it's broken for me. I also have Loremaster and no other available quests or any way to trigger this one. It looks like the game thinks I’ve already completed Aln’hara’s Bloom because I can’t interact with it anymore. Clicking it only shows the relic overview.

The achievement and quest aren’t completed on any of my characters. I double checked using the All The Things addon, which confirms my account is 0/3 for Aln’hara’s Bloom. I also can’t purchase the Aln’hara’s Bloom décor item, which further confirms it isn’t actually done.

Right now this effectively means I’m stuck. I can’t complete the Bloom, and I can’t progress to the final two items. There’s no way to fix it on my end. Whether I log into a brand new alt or an already leveled character, the room is always the same with the first five items showing as complete and the last two remaining locked.

Further to this I reached out to Blizz via a ticket and got his back.

Really not sure what else to do now, I can’t finish the meta quest and I can’t get any help either!

If you are like me and not able to pickup up last two relics (Root of the World and Sky's Hope) for the achiev Legends Never Die.
You need to progress this quest line starting with the quest The Listener as much as you can. On the quest A Legend to Know you will unlock Root of the World and on The Empty Cradle you will unlock Sky's Hope.
