If you get to the conduit and can't interact with it, drop the quest.
Go back and pick it up again. You have to be in the crystal sparkly phase to do it.

As a spark you have to get from point A to B to C

Be careful after you're transform back. if you were trying to move while Xal is doing her speech, you might walk off the cliff.

After speaking with Zal'atath, and he teleports you, watch out for the Void Revealers. They're the guys with the tentacles. You'll see a large circle and and eye above them. Just don't step inside their circle. Don't worry about the other mobs, they can't see you. Watch out for the Void Revealer at the top of the steps, just go around his circle. You'll get the extra action button when you get to the Manaforge.

after you accept the quest you are given 2 options

ready for transformation
or I will watch you, xalatath

if you select ready for transformation, you'll turn into a wisp and get ported into a void phase with ghosty creatures > walk forward and avoid anything. go to the conduit at /way 45.23, 19.97 then you'll see an extra action button, click on it.

Ramp to Manaforge Entrance is at /way 43.99, 21.80, and Manaforge Conduit Station is at /way 42.66, 22.59. You'll see the extra action button again, click and it will complete the quest. You'll get stunned for a few seconds then will get ported back to Xalatath.

I find it extremely laughable we get quest rewards from the very same person we will use them against later on.

WARNING! -- If you get your Reshii Wraps via this quest instead of via The Tabiqa then you do NOT get the initial fiber upgrade along with the cloak. Furthermore, if you then go to Hashim to find out about upgrading, he won't talk to you.

This was on my main and none of my other characters have the cloak or have done these quests. Something important is getting skipped and/or bypassed when you get your cloak via this quest.

Maybe this will resolve itself as more quests are completed. If anyone knows anything a reply is appreciated.

Description

With Locus-Walker's Reshii Ribbon, I can transmute your flesh to energy. It won't hurt much. You will have the ability to travel within Dimensius's aura without being destroyed. There you can search for a path into the manaforge. You will travel in Untethered Space as a creature of energy, ignored by the Shadowguard. Their void beasts however... stay well away or be devoured. Talk to me when you are ready. Time is of the essence.
