For the "Target attack on Pipeline Valve" Its an extra action button, use it on the valves

The quest Bloodletting is rather confusing. For the "Target attack on Pipeline Valve" you have to use the action button to cast Orweyna's Fury on whichever valve has the green arrow on top.

You don't get credit if you use it on a valve without the green arrow, or on other valves, including the ones you can interact with e.g. the All-Purpose Detoxifier which removes stacks of Unseeming Shift.

Description

The land aches underfoot. These pipes carry Black Blood north in a massive volume! I've never seen the land become infected this rapidly. Clear away the rot--perhaps we can save it yet. I'll go after the structures. Point out weak spots as you find them and I will focus our assault!
