Lieutenant Benedict is located in a broken down castle base. This mission is perfect for a rouge because there are allot of people all around the base and in the castle. There is a quest to kill Lieutenant Benedict. There is also a quest to use his key to open a box that is right next to him, so if i was you, i would do both of the quests at the same time. But be warned anyone that is level 6 or under, all of the people in there are level 7 to 10. Lieutenant Benedict's drop could be very rewarding. You always get his key and 1 or more extra drops.

For some reason I can't accept this quest from the Aged Envelope, it keeps saying "Failed".

Edit: as level 7 Troll Hunter, on Malygos.

Started by an envelope in Benedict's chest atop Tiragarde Keep, @ 59.3,57.7.

Both the quest and its followup count towards Loremaster of Kalimdor.

1: Go in the Keep.
2: Kill Benedict and loot the key
3: Go on top of the keep (on the roof), open and loot Benedict's Chest
3: You'll get the Aged Enevelope, which you can then start the quest from.

If Benedict doesn't drop the key, then you have either completed the quest, or, like me, still have the key in the keyring. I went upstairs and opened the chest and noticed that I had never accepted the quest :D

Take Admiral Proudmoore's Orders to Gar'Thok in Razor Hill.
