Run through the purple flying spiders all to the /way 57.63, 31.64

The only tips here are poorly written. When you accept the world quest, your minimap will be freckled with yellow dots. At the dots are what look like silk chests, for delivery to Tizkren, the proprietor of Sinuous Sundries. When you pick up a chest, you will walk very slowly, but can increase speed by walking through the phantom Speeding Swarmmites. There's one almost outside the door of Sinuous Sundries (to the right), so you never have to walk far unless you want to challenge yourself, and I got 45% progress credit per chest, needing only three retrievals.

You can still fly while carrying the items, so its easier easy just to mount up and dash into the delivery room, no need to stay on the ground and run.

The big chests give way more percentage, so find 3 large chests and fly them back.

Right near the turn-in there is a large chest. There is no need to run all over. Just deliver this one 3x and get the WQ done quickly.

Turn in location is 58,32. The doorway to the building is 56, 30, and up a level.

You can use your mount to fly while you carry the chest located at 58.66 29.87, can save extra seconds.

The gist of this WQ is picking up supplies (marked as yellow dots on your minimap) by clicking on them and turning them in to Tizkren at the supply delivery area (located inside a building at /way 57 31).
You can mount when you pick up the supplies! The easiest and fastest way I've found to complete this is grabbing the large supply crate literally just outside the building where Tizkren is at /way 58.63 29.94
and turning that in multiple times. This makes accomplishing this WQ pretty quick.

I picked up and carried several boxes, and handed them in all at once.

As others said, you can mount up and fly with the boxes.
If you're like me and get a bit nervous going that fast such a short distance between the large box and the quest turn-in, movement enhancing skills do actually speed you up a bit. (Burning Rush worked for me).

If you get in range of one of the guards you'll drop the quest item. Also feign death does not work on the guards, they'll just keep attacking you.

The building is actually called "Toy Hollow." When you go in, on the right side, is a red and a blue rock 'em sock 'em robots; on the shelf too behind Tizkren. It's a toy store! Who would think from the Nerubians.

is it just me or did they patch in an annoying overhanging awning and banner to make flying through the door nearly impossible?
