That's the middle of a spiral on the ground, around which are Enraged Velvet Lashers.
If not, hang on a minute. Someone may have just gone through the area before you. I see five.

There should also be a few Voluptuous Vines, for Fluffy Filler Retrieval.
That's the other quest, that you should have got from Thaalean. I see three.

There is a similar spiral to the east. The ground between them, and slightly to the north, also has several lashers and vines.

These series of quests start with Icarius for me, being 4/7 Guardians of the Dream chapters done.
At the end of the series, you will have Improvised Leafbed toy.

Then Thaalean will continue the series, inside a cave:

Fluffy Filler Retrieval

Heated Hearthstone Hustle

Sleepy Druid in Emerald Dream

Then go back to Icarius at the Central Encampment, and claim the toy.

Description

I am unable to rest! I have spent all my energy in battle, but there is too much noise and the ground is too hard for me to sleep... I know! It pains me to ask this, but I need to rest so I can go back out and fight. Could you feed two birds with one seed for me? Take out the enraged lashers and retrieve their leaves so I can make a blanket to rest on.
