can someone help me how to complete this quest. i dont understand this. do i have to put order or how the hell i complete this?

You can do “Personal” crafting orders between your alts. Just make the “tip” price 1 silver (since 5% of your tip gets taken by the order service). Change the order time limit to 12 hours to lower the cost per order from 20g to 5g, so that’s 25g to complete this quest.

The alts have to be on the same server (or combined servers), and high enough level to get to the Dragon Isles hub and place crafting orders.

Turn in is at Azley (as of this writing, the question mark doesn’t show on the map).

It says you can fulfill public orders. Where are the public orders? i cannot find any.

I believe there may be a minimum prof level required, possibly 25, for this quest to become available. My filthy slacker LW is only at 24, so I will check back and update this when I reach 25.

Confirmed: I stood in front of Azley, and the quest appeared as soon as I hit 25 skill.

Without an alt, this is very difficult or impossible to do, IMO. I did "search" (and I'm on Proudmoore, a full server) and saw NOTHING to fulfill. Literally 0 requests. I searched later and did find some high level PVP thing (LOL, not gonna happen).

With an alt, super easy and mildly tedious:
1. Check your main out first and find a crafting or recraft order that is super cheap, for me it's whatever immensely low Pioneer Wristguard there was.
2. Go to your alt, and to the main crafting orders area outside that looks like an auction house. Use search (Pioneer in this case) to find the low quality items you want to craft. Be vigilant about unclicking "use best items" all the time. Tip 1 silver and reduce time to 12 hours so it also costs less gold to 'post' the item. I made 3 orders to complete the weekly quest.
3. Log on to your main and go to the CRAFTING TABLE associated with the profession. Go to personal orders at the top and navigate the unnecessarily complicated page lol. (the buttons are kind of all over the place, create is in the lower right. You'll get credit for each one as you click complete order.

This Work Order feature was likely meant to lessen the people standing in cities looking for work or crafters. What it actually does, is frustrate anyone without top level recipes.

Blizzard needs to understand that if they are going to make a quest out of this, they need to have npc orders in the public section at various recipe levels, so that people still struggling to level and skill up can actually complete this quest without having to jockey through alts.

I should never have to access an alt to complete a quest because there is no other way to do so.

Never thought of just getting a friend or alt to do a low level request.

NOTE: If wowhead would be so inclined to update this page. The quest also rewards 250 rep with artisans consortium.

Cheapest options for submitting from alts: Pioneer's Leather Wristguards or Trailblazer's Scale Bracers which both use only cheap commodity leather. At current prices on my low pop realm, each leather type is typically 20 silver or less, for a total cost of only about 4 gold per order / 12 gold for the quest.

You can create orders with your twinks for Stonecrust Hide, Mireslush Hide, Frostbite Scales, Earthshine Scales, Infurious Hide or Infurious Scales, which are "easy" and useful ways to get your 3 weekly orders done.

But why would a TWW quest be turned into an NPC in Valdrakken? I dont get it
