This guy's marker was on the map (33, 65) when I finished this quest, but he wasn't visible to turn the quest in to until I had also completed Reagents of De-Necromancy, and then I could turn in both and pick up Zambal, the Head Vandal and continue on with the quests he provides.

This quest is bugged for me. The Risen Hero's Weapon, "Karha, the Serene Wind" did not want to drop. After 30 mins of killing every mob in the area, it finally dropped off of a Desecrator. Desecrators and Gravestirrors are supposed to drop this item. It really shouldn't be this hard to get.

As for the other two.. one is a visible spear leaning against the outside of a hut. The other was obtained by a drop, I believe. I hope this helps.

I present You Storyline The Eternal Kurgans. This Storyline is part of Sojourner of Ohn'ahran Plains which is criteria for Loremaster of the Dragon Isles.

Quests in order I done:

1. Up to No-khud - See Initiate Zorig 39.05 66.02
2. Return to Mender - Move to 37.38 65.55 Slay Tombcaller Ganzaya and pick up Exhumed Hunter's Spear /way 37.06 65.50
3a. Desecrator Annihilator - Kill 10 Nokhud Desecrator or Ukhel Gravestirrer and from same mobs loot 3 items: Karha, the Serene Wind, Josanak, the Certain Victory and Tsegzaya, the Brambled Bow
3b. Reagents of De-Necromancy - You need to loot 4 Intact Skull from blue birds and pick up 6 Clump of Sacred Soil from Disturbed Sacred Soil /way 35.62 66.79 /way 35.93 68.02 /way 35.50 67.96 /way 34.34 67.19 /way 34.44 65.81 /way 34.60 68.28
5. Zambul, Head Vandal - Slay Overseer Zambul He is walking around i get him 33.98 66.94
6. Definitely Eternal Slumber - Slay 4 NPC and use on them body Totem of Respite. Cathan the Determined 31.16 68.72, Zaphil the Defiant 30.75 70.94, Ganmat the Wise 32.18 70.73, Dihar the Unyielding 33.18 71.19.
7. And Stay Dead! - Go to cave 31.69 70.41 and Slay Tombcaller Arban. then go deep in tomb and first go to right room then left.
8. The Nokhud Offensive: Founders Keepers - You need to go Dungeon The Nokhud Offensive and slay Teera ( Teera and Maruuk ) and from chest Loot 2 items: Sarantuya the Ever-True and Batubar the Relentless then get out from Dungeon and go to cave 41.31 59.44 and place that wapons ( First on right then on left ) ). After this quest storyline finish. If You done This Dungeon on Mythic dif and now you will go to do quest You will not get loot from chest ( i had like this and i had to go HC ).

Should be:

"Definitely Eternal Slumber - Slay the 4 NPC and use the Totem of Respite (pops up on a button on your screen) on their body:"

The following locations are arranged so that you can use the addon Paste to input them into the game easier and use the addon TomTom to locate the items:

/way #2023 31.16 68.72 Cathan the Determined
/way #2023 30.75 70.94 Zaphil the Defiant
/way #2023 32.18 70.73 Ganmat the Wise
/way #2023 33.18 71.19 Dihar the Unyielding

The addon Paste allows you to put in multiple TomTom coordinates at once, which makes quests like this much easier.

Currently TomTom a ZoneID to make it clear in-game the zone the coordinates are for, i.e. /way ZoneID xx yy with the following ZoneIDs for Dragonflight:
Waking Shores = #2022
The Azure Span = #2024
Ohn'ahran Plains = #2023
Thaldraszus = #2025

I had Risen Hero's Weapons left to get. Glow under mobs feet were gone when the 10 mobs were killed and mouse-over didn't give any hint - but it's just to go on killing.

To get Risen Hero's Weapon, stand beside Initiate Zoreg (33.78, 65.33) facing the same way as Zoreg. Nokhud Desecrator spawns frequently in front of you. Drop rate maybe 1 every 3.
