For the blue one, walk into blue puddles and move with them to get to the other side of the room in time. Your buff doesn't count down when you're in a blue puddle.

Just to clearly explain what's needed.

Just before the stairs up to the area with the brown and blue circles on the floor are 3 different colored orbs on pedestals: blue/astral, brown/dust, and a Titan yellow.

Pick up the blue orb, then step into a blue puddle, following it until you can move up the far stairs. Be sure to stand in the puddle at the top of stairs so your buff doesn't expire while you're handing in that orb.
Next, pick up the brown dusty/swirly orb, walk through 5 brown circles, turning yourself into a Titan, and then turn in the brown orb on the left side of the room between the Titans.
Finally, pick up the Titan-yellow orb and walk it to the far right console, avoiding all the swirlies in the process.

For druids who are confused: You must be out of all shapeshift forms to correclty do this quest, else the quest will not work, as you cannot be turned into the appropriate forms

Match the color of the disc with the puddle.
Brown -> stay in brown puddle (5 stacks) and use the key after shapeshifted into a guardian.
Blue -> stay in blue puddle, and traverse carefully the room.

PS: druids, you must not stay in any shapeshift.

The quests in DF are overwhelmingly great, but it's like there was one person on the team that just created rubbish quests, and they did this one too. If you could downvote quests this one would disappear forever.

And a note for Hunters: dismiss your pet(s). they run into shapes they are not supposed to and ruin everything

Was doing this with my druid in cat form and the orb that requires you 5 stack of dirt puddle wasn't working, once I change my form to the basic one it actually transform me in a titan after 5 stacks and I was abble to retrieve the disc.

I did blue then brown, then the orb on went to the blue side again. I kept trying to go to the back one. Didn't make sense.

This is actually quite a simple quest. I was surprised by how little understanding of it was conveyed by previous comments

1 ~ The Blue ... you need to move from blue puddle to blue puddle to the console back center. Be mindful of your countdown clock.
2 ~ The Brown ... you need to move from brown puddle to brown puddle; you need to step in at least 5 of them to get the "friendly" buff to turn in at the console to the left.
3 ~ The last one ... you need to make your way to the console to the right and not step in ANY puddle. Be mindful of your countdown clock.

No one has mentioned that Oliver, Naleidea's pet flies to the appropriate console when you pick up a key.

Bugged - I "successfully" placed the first one, then the last two said I dropped the orb. Still got the quest, but wasted time re-doing one of the orbs.
