I went completely berserk when I saw what those centaur were doing to those little animals. Even once the quest was complete, and I'd saved the critters, I went on a campaign of retribution. I burned down the entire village, spared not a single centaur. I laughed as their faces were melted by my Eye Beams, as my Felblades tore them to shreds and they were cooked alive by the infernal heat of my Immolation Aura.

Clan Nokhud has made a GRAVE mistake today, and while I was happy to ignore them unless I needed something specific from their generals, it's now open season. I will not rest until the Ohn'ahran Plains are SCOURED of these filthy horsepeople and their culture is but a distant memory.

On the blood of all the slain ottuks, ducklings, rabbits and timbertooths... timberteeth?... THE BEAVERS. Ahem.

CLAN NOKHUD SHALL RUE THE DAY!

I don't know if the food buff is the same, but I got a +2 stam buff. It's an hour CD, so I probably won't use it again.

Nokhud are like abhorrently evil here, it's pretty shocking! Since the critters can be hard to spot, would recommend keeping a /tar macro on standby.

Decided to transcribe the quotes you'll get from Nokhud NPCs during the quest, which also act as "clues" as to where each little guy is. Spoilers below! It's also uh quite dark for a WoW quest tbh so be aware for animal cruelty.

Raidu the Rabbit
Nokhud Marauder: How long do you think it can hold its breath?
Raidu is initally in the large incense pot. Interacting with it will give you the text: <Frantic Scratching and squeaking can be heard within the incense burner.> Upon being released Raidu will hide in a nearby basket, where you can then rescue him.

Taichek the Timbertooth
Nokhud Marauder: Want to use it for target practice?
Taichek is tied to the large rock in front of the Nokhud NPCs so be sure to tilt your camera up.

Dumen the Duckling
Nokhud Marauder: Cry harder, maybe it will cool you down!
Dumen is in the fireplace! Thankfully he's quite large and easy to see.

Ongke the Ottuk
Nokhud Marauder: Should we bury it completely?
Ottuk is hard to notice due to blending in with the dirt, but you can see his head next to the rock with grass and fish bones. Interacting will give you the prompt <This creature has been buried up to its neck in the sand.> giving you the option to dig out Ongke.

Thankfully upon turning the quest in Initiate Kittileg points out that there were only four critters left behind, meaning you saved them all! Upon completeing the quest you'll recieve the Rock of Appreciation which summons one of the four critters (who unfortunately aren't named) to place a small nut in front of you which grants 50 health per sec when eaten. Edit: Also as pointed out by linda535 you'll recieve a +2 stamina buff after eating.

Description

Please don't hurt me... What? You're here to help? You must save the animals! The Nokhud attacked without warning. We all fled for our lives! I barely escaped death by diving into the lake. The animals! We left them behind. Please, I beg you, rescue the creatures. Who knows what cruelty the Nokhud have in store for them.
