at 74, 34 on the ground is a green teleport. take it and it takes you to Margrave. On the Map it's at the House of Rituals to the Northeast of the map.

I was on the quest "Calling in all favors" in the Necrolord campaign and had to abandon it for Margrave Sin'dane to appear.

Just in case:
You are meant to be up in the Necropolis (the big floating building in the sky), not on the ground.
You can fly stright in. Margrave Sin'dane is in the back of the room.

Interesting to note:
If you look to Margrave Sin'dane's right (YOUR left), you'll see a single hostile NPC, Fal'zinge.
If you get close, he will aggro. And when he does, this exchange occurs:
Fal'zinge:

What--Margrave! Stop this treachery!

Margrave Sin'dane:

I was the one who summoned them, Fal'zinge. Now die.

Fal'zinge, upon his death:

Kel'Thuzad will return...

Margrave Sin'dane:

He and all his filth will be expunged.

Interesting!
It should be noted, though, that when I killed him, all four lines were spoken.
But I also just watched someone else kill him (now in ~~two~~ three separate occasions), and only the first two lines were spoken.
It's possible the last two lines are only for the player to hear, instead of for everyone?
I also wonder what the significance of Fal'zinge is. I've made it through the House of Rituals leg of the Necrolord campaign on my DK, and I don't remember him ever being mentioned.

Regardless, I thought this bit was interesting, and worth mentioning!

Margrave is in renounced Bastille and that is hovering above House of Rituals. And Margrave is still ugly to look at :)

Do not get close to Fal'zing - The red named NPC in corner or he will attack ...

Sadly have to find your own way to the shadowlands (hearthstone there, or use the portal in capitol cities), no nice easy convenient story-portal taking you there this time (but there is a nice quick way back to Lordaeron once you're finished, in a few more quests... which is nice :) )

I present Return to Lordaeron Storyline. This Storyline have 15 Quests. After complite this Storyline You will get Achievement Return to Lordaeron.

Quest Name:	Start and description
1 Eyes of the Wolf	First Quest is from Genn Greymane in Oribos 41,7 63,6 and speak with Gilnean Greymage then you will be teleported. Then move to Calia Menethil 61 51,5.
2a Assemble the Forsaken	"Speak with 3 NPC: - Dark Ranger Velonara 62 50.5 Do quest for him This Land is Ours kill 8 mobs. - Master Apothecary Faranell 63.2 55.5 - Lilian Voss 57.6 49.2"
2b This Land is Ours	Kill 8 mobs
4 The Blight Congress	First speak with Lilian Voss then after conversation speak with Calia Menethil then move to 62 55.5
5 Walk of Faith	First speak with Calia Menethil then stay inside barrien and kill mobs until Blighted Lieutenant when you kill him use flask on your extra spell bar then move back.
6 Consulting Our Allies	Fly to Margrave Sin'dane in Maldraxxus 74.7 33.6 on top of flying bulding.
7 House of Plagues	Fly to Plague Deviser Marileth 71.2 71.4
8a Essence of Plague	First press on Simmering Concoction 70.9 74.1 then Unstable Concoction 69.6 75.6 and last Tumultuous Concoction 68.5 79.7
8b Feed the Eater	Slay plague mobs until 100%
10 Embodiment	Slay Lordaeron Blight 68.3 84
11 Return to Brill	Use Lilian's Hearthstone to teleport then go to Master Apothecary Faranell 65.8 60.1 and speak with him and wait until conversation end.
12 The Remedy of Lordaeron	Jump on Shadowbat 65.7 59.9, use kill 1 and 2 on mobs under you, when you will get 100% you will start fight with Amalgam use on him skill 3-5.
13 The Desolate Council	First will be a conversation
14 Path of the Dark Rangers	hmm i just finish this quest without accept maby due to that im not hunter ?
15 Report to Greymane	Back to Oribos to speak with Genn Greymane 41.5 63.4 first give him letter then finish quest after that you will reach Achievement Return to Lordaeron.

So, head's up for those of you who bumped into the strumpet light-born undead after completing Revendreth Storyline, and just chosen your Covenant:

Since you probably can't fly (unless you are on an alt) you will have to make your way through this unexplored zone on foot, encountering countless hostiles, most of which are likely on equal footing with you, while others are elites whom you should probably avoid.

Once you've made your way to the designated area, take the portal up to the floating building, where the turn-in NPC resides. Most of the mobs in this area have been hostility-tweaked so they just don't like your face, as appose to wanting to tear it from you, but take note of the still hostile elite mob in the left hand corner of the building, Fal'zinge. This guy has a !" embedded into his portrait becuase he is the target of a quest - but that has nothing to do with this chain, so you can just ignore him.

So my only max level undead never went to Shadowlands, and can't even use the portal at Org. Is there another way to get there?

Description

I hope Calia is right about these lords of Maldraxxus. That they know how to deal with this sort of powerful plague. We've only got one plague eater left, too, but Faranell says he can replicate more of them as long as they're strong enough to survive. Let's get to the Shadowlands.
