You can avoid the rare Scytherin by going up the right side ramp to rescue Ko. Just don't hang around typing this while it's coming to stalk you.

If you have a bug in this quest and the little guy is under the rubble SET AN INTERACT Key on Options-Control-Interact key.
Then press it near the little guy and done!

You dont need to kill the elite... the kid is upstairs in the cave above the elite.

Note that you can pick up this quest up until just before you leave The Forbidden Reach, but at some point all the NPC's(both friendly and hostile) go away in this area except To'no, who gives the quest, and Explorer Ko'nali who gives the breadcrumb that leads to this quest. Suggest doing this quest sooner rather than later as Little Ko will not be present to find in the back of the cave if you wait too long.

Unfortunately you cannot kidnap the child. Once you leave the area she disappears from your back and will only reappear once you come back to that area.

There is an optional breadcrumb to this quest that is easily missable if you're not looking out for it. As Blizzard didn't add a quest to send you to this part of the The Forbidden Reach. You can skip this breadcrumb though as it isn't needed for the next part of the quest chain. Most players just go strait to the follow-up quest Halp! as they don't know about the breadcrumb. You'll need to finish a few quests first and do not pick up the quest Halp!, until you have this breadcrumb sending you there.

This quest will be available to pick up once you pick up the quest Never Forgotten. I'd go pick up this bread crum at this time, as I don't know how far into the rest of the quests you can go before it's no longer available. As far as I know you should be able to pick it up anytime after never-forgotten and before Halp!

Speak to Explorer Ko'nali at (15.6, 59.8) on the Island on the west of the map before heading to To'no outside the cave at (33.4, 33.2). There is also a mailbox on this island and as far as I know it's the only mailbox in the Forbidden Reach.

Once you've released the "storm-eater" it doesnt seem like this quest is able to be completed. So be sure to head over to get the breadcrumb asap!

The final dialogue with Explorer Ko'nali is bugged and dismisses instantly, so here it is transcribed:

My people will never forget the kindness you have shown my family today. Songs will be sung of your courage.

We came to this isle because we saw a great beam of light shining up into the sky. The legends warn us to avoid these shores, but curiosity got the best of us.

We did not know this place was home to anyone. Though I have never seen your like before, I hope your people and mine can become friends.

Description

I need halp! I am To'no and I was exploring cuz that is what I am good at but I did not realize my sister Ko followed me and I need you to halp me find her cuz she is in trouble so please halp please? She went into this cave but she is not as good at hiding as I am and our parents are too far away to halp. Can you find her before the monsters do?
