This quest is completed on the Ultimus Locus flight point on the Locus Teleport Network.

If you can't figure out how to get to the different platforms, you have to touch the symbols that are available at each platform. So the primus platform, you'll search for a symbol on a column, use it, then you can port to the next platform. You have to fill up all locus locations that are above your energy bar. The symbols match the symbols on the columns you have to click. Once you gather (or use) all of those symbols, THEN you can get the next quest "Searching high and low".

You have to unlock all the locus points up to the Ultimus locus. That's where the video is starting from.

If this quest will not show, the game has probably flagged you for finishing "Match Made in Zereth Mortis" being completed, so you have to go finish that quests up until Pocopoc reappears with a quest update. Seems to happen if you already partially explored this area before doing the campaign.

I present A Means to an End Storyline part of Path to Enlightenment and A Means to an End. This Story line have 11 Quests.

Quest Name:	Start and description
1 Something Wonderful	Go inside cave 35 45 and speak with Firim first option.
2 Music of the Spheres	Press on: Fractal Cypher A, Fractal Cypher B and Fractal Cypher C. After press all Cinematic will start.
3 What a Long Strange Trip	Follow and speak with Pocopoc in location: 41 43, 42 39, 42 32, 44 30 and 47 29 is finish location.
4 Borrowed Power	Get 100 Energy, after you will kill mobs they will drop energy orbs. 48 28
5 Pop Goes the Devourer!	Kill 12 mutated devourers.
6 Match Made in Zereth Mortis	"First move to Bulding 50 32 Then do step by step: - Press on Interior Locus Arrangement 68 52 - Use Locus Shift and teleport to Interior Locus. Press on Primus Locus Arrangement - Use Locus Shift and teleport to Primus Locus. First do quest Between a Rock & a Rock from Suspicious Rubble Pile after finish quest you will be able to take Secundus Locus Arrangement. - Use Locus Shift and teleport to Secundus Locus. press on Tertius Locus Arrangement. - Use Locus Shift and teleport to Tertius Locus. Press on Quartus Locus Arrangement. - Use Locus Shift and teleport to Quartus Locus. Press on Quintus Locus Arrangement. - Use Locus Shift and teleport to Quintus Locus. press on Ultimus Locus Arrangement. - Use Locus Shift and teleport to Ultimus Locus. If You need Energy to teleport just kill mobs and collect."
7 Between a Rock & a Rock	Press on Nascence Servitor then use skill 3 on Suspicious Rubble Pile then find 4 other Rubble Piles and use skill 3 on them, skill 1 will help you with mobs to stop attacking you. Rubble Piles location: 48 29, 49 28, 50 27, 49 25. After collect all go to 49 26 ( middle top ) and remove last Suspicious Rubble Pile.
8 Searching High and Low	Pick up 3 Ingress Phrase 49 32, 48 34 and 47 33 then put them on door 48 33. That will teleport you inside You need to press on Empty Vessel
9 You Light Up My Life	When door open jump on Pocopoc and use skills to kill mobs ultil 100%. After cinematic Graktho the Automa-eater will drop energy pick it up and give it to Pocopoc ( dont fight with Graktho the Automa-eater ) You can take max 1 orb of energy. Do it untul You will get teleported to cave.
10 Oracle, Heal Thyself	Speak with Pocopo conversation will start
11 Arbiter in the Making	Go back to Highlord Bolvar Fordragon and speak with him. That will finish story line.

What none of these comments tell you is that you need to go to the Ultimus Locus to get the Ingress Phrases.

Here's an interesting tidbit. If you go to the inner chamber with 59 energy or less, you get stuck there. Ask me how I know this :)

Gather the Ingress Phrases on the Ultimus Locus that are needed to claim the Vessel. Hint you can just fly up there.

I am quite disappointed with this "language" of the First Ones... "Get the phrases" they said. All I did was click on 3 things and then click on another 3 things... Randomly.. Not even trying to match something, or hear phrases... :(
