The crocodiles are level (?) for me as a 20, but I used my hunter pet to distract them and heal the targets

Questline starts in Dalaran (Legion) at Breanni.

Pets Detective - use Find-A-Spy in the marked areas, follow the cat and talk to Suspicious Onlooker, Precocious Onlooker and Farsighted Onlooker
Pet Up - fly to non-instanced Eye of Azshara in the south of Dalaran. Go to the marked area and use Lovely Pet Bandage at the NPCs
The Coast is Clear - click Speedy IV near you: 1) Spin 'N Stun, 2) Dart, 3) Heal. Find 10 pet supplies. I could collect the supplies without Speedy once a crocolisk revealed me
Paw Patrol - kill pirates to get Violetsail Pet Cage Key for the cages
Gurgl and the Bandit - defeat Trainer Iris Greedsway in a pet battle
Her pets are Missing1, Hornswoggle and Gurgl. I beat her with 3 Zandalari raptors
Click Gurgl behind her.
Return to Breanni in Dalaran and get Gurgl (Gurgl).

Questline took about 20 minutes.

Post Shadowlands level squish, the mobs in this quest are level 45! But they don't seem to hit very hard. I was able to take them out with a level 37 Fury Warrior, but I did get below half health.

Edit: Also, I was in Legion Chromie Time for this quest , so the levels may have been adjusted for that...

Picked up this quest today on a level 27 warlock. Pfft. This was not possible for me. I was able to heal the three NPCs by dying at each spot, after which the crocolisk moved on to the next NPC. None of my spells had any effect whatsoever on the Juvenile Crocolisk, who 1-shot me in the turtle form, and two shot me in gnome form (one shot for minion, one shot for me). I've never done this quest before, but I'm thinking it's probably a quest for higher levels/level 60?

For Resto Druids (not sure if this works on ALL of the pets), but you can def. use Regrowth to heal Stringfellowe to full health and complete the quest.

I think it glitched for me. I came out of turtle mode at some point with still supplies to get, and it let me pick them up anyway and complete the quest

Gurgl can't be caged and put into the auction house so it's not worth it running through it again on an Alt (Unless you are glutton for punishment).

If you find yourself unable to talk with Zantini due to the interaction always defaulting to your character trying to bandage him, just do a /reload.

As a level 16 Demon Hunter, I had to just rush in and bandage Stringfellowe while getting smashed by the Crock. Then resurrect on top of boulder where the Crock doesn't chase you down. Ditto for Speedy IV. I also has to /reload as per Cellhawk post.

The NPC's you have to heal are all references to Airwolf.

Description

It sounds like some group of pet poachers are up to no good in the Eye of Azshara. My supply manager's flight path takes him right over that area! Zantini and his pets, Strigfellow and Speedy IV, were bringing back a rare murloc pet, along with some other pets and supplies. <name>, please find Zantini and his pets. Help them out. Then we can try to recover the pets and the supplies.
