Got stuck at 2/3.
I had to abandon quest and reload for it to let me try again.

Mixy Mak tells you what drink the real Shimmershod drinks, then ask the different ones what they drink.

The correct lines for Daffodil are: Agog, Next quest, Unity

I did not manage to get Mixy Mak to take the Gormling juice to make me something special

As there is no perfectly clear info on this page yet, I figured I would share which steps I took in which order to complete this quest.

- Spoke to Mixy Mak about Shimmersod
- Ran to Marasmius (he's next to the Mushroom teleporter)
- 4 Shimmersods copies spawned for me around /way 62.76, 55.64 (east corner on the minimap)
- Tell the Shimmersod that mentions animai tai that he's the correct one (third from the left for me)
- Play an instrument, do not break the channel (/way 52.95, 28.43)
- Talk to Daffodil, correct dialog as mentioned in an earlier comment is Agog, Next Quest, Unity
- Interact with Squeezums on the floor and speak with Mixy Mak, choose the "something special" option
- Quest completed

Hope that can help some people out, it isn't a very clear quest currently

I messed up the order and I could not complete the quest. I dropped it and picked it up again and it still wouldn't work (the drunk fairy was gone, would not come back). I had to drop the quest, pick it back up at the big mushroom man, then log out and back in before porting to the unknown. Worked fine after that. Follow the order you are supposed to in the first comment and do not talk to the drunk fairy illusion first!

Quest: Into the Unknown - Relax!

You only need to do 3/3 of the optional tasks to complete, not all of them. This is what I do for a fast completion.

Accept the daily quest from Marasmius in The Ring and enter the Unknown, t's the glowing mushroom to his right as you face him.

Enter The Root Cellar (presumably an inn). Interact with Squeezums, the grub on the left as you port in and squeeze (left click) to obtain Gorm "Juice".

Next go to Mixy Mak directly in front of you at the back of the room, standing by a cauldron. Open dialogue and select the option;

Can you make me something special?

then select;

Here's your gorm juice. This wont kill me, will it?

She makes you a drink, Gormlet, that goes directly to your inventory.

Task 1 completed.

You can select the other dialogue options to get a prompt for the other tasks but it is not necessary.

Go to your left when facing Mixy Mak to the musical instruments. Click first on the harp and then the drum (or whatever instruments are glowing). Don't move just wait for completion.

Task 2 complete.

Go to your left again to Daffodil, open the dialogue and select the only option;

How can I help?

He asks you to select the most appropriate verse three times. The correct options in order are;

Its three maws agog?

then

Before his next quest?

and finally

Oh night fae in unity?

To exit just select the only option;

Knock 'em dead, champ.

Task 3 and quest complete. Now go and hand-in with Marasmius.

Go to the "Mushroom to the deep Unknown". There is a little "Squeezums" grub on the left, click it and get Gorm Juice.
Talk to Mixy Mak and "make me something special", "here's your gorm juice.
Walk over and play any instrument
Talk to Daffodil and help her finish her story
1 Its three maws agog?
2 Before the next quest
3 Oh night fae in unity
4 Knock em dead

The Daffodil section of this Daily quest is an awesome reference to The Witcher's "Toss a Coin to Your Witcher" song written and performed by Geralt of Rivia's bard friend, Jaskier (Polish for "Dandelion").

I absolutely love these Witcher nods! :3

Edit: Also, here's a sidenote: I was curious what happens if you tell the wrong Shimmersod that he's the real one. This is what the illusion will say:

I am? Oh, now that you mentshion it, it'sh all coming back! I am the real one! Hooray! Get out of here, the resht of you! Shoo!

Uh oh... I think I dishpelled the real one. I don't feel sho good...

...and then the last illusion also disappears...

Couldn't interact with Squeezums so got stuck at 2/3. Left, abandoned, toke quest, entered Unknown. Quest didn't register that I entered the area ("0/1 Travel to the Unkown").

But seriously, unlike certain "Go Beyond" variants, all of the "Into the Unknown" quests are rather quick and easy, so if you like the offered reward (coughanimacough) for the day, do it.

None of these comments make any sense. I don't know what's going on. For me, the quest was to go to the unknown place and kill Bagoom. Bagoom hits like a ton of bricks with AOE over the entire chamber. I died and there was no way back to my body. After res sickness I went back and waited. A few other players showed up and together we killed Bagoom and that was it. None of this 'Relax' or 'Get a drink' or any of the rest of it showed up for me.

I made a weakaura (https://wago.io/TB6Ah1XDJ) that puts raid marks on the NPCs to talk to and autoselects the correct dialog options.

As my version of this quest, I got tasked with killing 20 of the Scouring Dustlets. It is very easy to get mobbed in here, but DO NOT DIE unless you want to deal with Resurrection Sickness. You can't get back in to this area to collect your body, as you can only access the Deep Unknown area via Marasmius' mushroom ring.

For those only having issues with Relax! (there are also three other straightforward kill scenarios you can get with Into the Unknown as well).

If for any reason you get stuck with 2/3 objectives complete, try reloading your UI before doing anything else. I tried abandoning the quest, and picking it back up, but when I went "into the unknown", it wasn't giving me credit for traveling there, so it wouldn't progress to the next stage of the quest. Reloading my UI fixed all my issues.

i had to relax so I played instruments, drank a heavy alcohol, went to the unknown and went back and played the harp again... CP.....

Mushroom to the Deep Unknown.
Kill enough of the Scouring Dustlets to get your 20.
No way out and No Squeezums.
Only one quest needed and this satisfies the requirement.
