You're going to spend a decent bit of time collecting the lilies. They are scattered across all the rivers in the zone and the most spawn points seem to be near the river connected to Hibernal Hollow and the river north of the heart of the forest, as well as going south towards Gormhive.

~~The flowers are kinda hard to see, they're big and transparent and they don't have much of a quest glow to them but once you know what you're looking for it's easier to spot them.~~ It would seem the quest glow for these has been updated and they are now easier to see.

I had the most luck at got 9/12 blooms by starting at the bottom of the waterfalls at the Path of Rebirth around /way 56.93, 55.53. Then following the path that weaves around the falls all the way up until the Heart of the Forest. The last 3 I found in ponds around the outskirts of Hibernal Hollow, so make sure to have a good scout around there too.

It's not too bad, took me around 10 minutes to find all 12 once I got going.

Kinda annoying, the lilies don't appear on your minimap and are pretty hard to see.

They grow only in the water, so check ponds.

They're flowers spawn at the base of waterfalls with translucent blue leaves. The spawn rate isn't amazing, ask yourself if 70 anima is worth 10 minutes of your time

Definitely one of the better Conductor dailies: The flowers are easy to spot and almost every pool has one.

And now, Blizzard, go and fix the other dailies. (Yes, the ones that make you grind for 30 minutes, e.g. in Revendreth.)

Description

This grove needs something special, something to make it really stand out. I have a plan, but first I need flowers. Not just any flowers, but Night Lillies. They have a sweet scent that evokes starlit nights spent standing on a hilltop overlooking the majesty of the land. As you go exploring Ardenweald, look to the waterways for Night Lillies growing in the waterways and collect them. I will pay you for your efforts, of course.
