Pick up the disguise in the corner of the lift at the top of the terrace. Stone Legion Security can see through the disguise. Attack muckrats and feed the patrons when which have the animations on their heads. The muck piles look like spilled chocolate milk.

Yellow lines above the guest's head means they want food.

Red lines above the guest's head means they want a drink.

When you pick up the disguise you will want to go out the left side of the doors as the right side won't have the mobs. Once on the left side you'll walk around and there should be yellow dots on your minimap and the person should be outlined. Go up to them and click them and you'll see either food or drink so you know what to serve them. You can also find puddles that look like a metallic silver on the ground that you can go up to and clean. Sometimes a rat will randomly spawn that you can punch to death.

If you complete the world quest without losing the disguise such as being seen by the guards then you'll earn the Caught in a Bat Romance achievement. If you want to make it easier you can just stay in the starting room as well and just punch rats as they spawn. It'll be slow, but you won't have to run around guessing and can earn the achievement at the same time.

On This WQ You need to at first press on Servant's Basic Kit is on top of lift lift location 57 33.

You will be transform and now you need to Service Food, Wine, clean ground or kill rats xD move to left side after lift ( on right is nothing xD ). You have for that skill 1-4. You service to Carousing Aristocrat only market on map ( They have sparking light under ).

Sa well You can do Achievement Caught in a Bat Romance doring WQ Secret Service. Is ease to do you just need to prevent discover you by Stone Legion Security is not many of them but if they will catches you achi is fail ( i don't know do you can try one more time ).

Easy way to get to the box to start the quest... there is a elevator at 57,33 that takes you right to the back side and you can avoid any mobs to get in. Then rest of quest is easy. Nice quick upgrade at 60 till you get one in heroics or mythics

The voicelines are annoying... all the Revendreth people you're serving talk to you has if you're a mortal and you don't have the disguise on. Small detail, but distracting none the less.

This quest is located up on a high area, not down on the ground. In order to reach its location:

The closest flight path is Old Gate, Revendreth. If you do not have this flight path:

1. Get to the elevator located at 63.5, 40.9 (ground level) and take it to the higher level.

2. After you have taken the elevator up to the higher level, get to the stairs located at 62.5, 37.5 and take them up. Note that there will be a few hostile mobs in the area.

3. After going all the way up the stairs you will be able to access the Old Gate flight path and nearby friendly NPCs; from there, take yet another flight of stairs up, starting at 60.3, 38.7

4. At the top of these stairs turn right and continue in the direction of where the quest is marked on your map (there will be more hostile mobs on the way). When you get to 57.4, 33.4 take the elevator upward. Once you reach the top and step off the elevator you will be in the quest area. You will be facing a building, and just inside it you will find the yellow dot indicating the Servant's Basic Kit that you have to click.

As of 12/9/20 this quest is bugged for me.
There is no way to serve food or wine and the only way to complete is is by spawning Muck Rats and killing them for 5% per kill.

This quest had me a little confused at first as I really wanted to get the Caught in a Bat Romance achievement on my first try.

1) Click on the disguise kit ( small crate ) once you get up off the lift at 56.84, 32.46
2) Big fat rats will appear. Use your punch button to kill them (you serve them as food using button 1 to guests with yellow rays blinking above their heads)
3) There will be water or "muck" on the ground that you "clean" up to serve for thirsty guests with button 2 that will have red rays above their heads)
4) The "guards" are pretty far apart so getting the achievement or staying away from them was not too difficult.
5) Once you've hit 100%, you instantly go back to where you got the disguise kit and DONE!

This quest, while it has interesting mechanics, makes no sense in terms of lore, just like the rest of Shadowlands. All those hungry venthyrs are supposed to be souls, right ? How can a soul be hungry for food and beverages ? And why are they so arrogant anyway ? Weren't they supposedly cleansed of their sins ?

another world quest where i would have absolutely no idea what to do without coming here. definitely not the first ive encountered in shadowlands. great clarity with your quest design there bliz.

Be sure to right-click the muck rats to autoattack them while also using the punch ability; that way you'll kill them quickly, otherwise if you only use the punch ability it'll take you way too long to finish them.

So you never forget which color is for which item when you do this repeatable quest, just remember green is the color of snot.

Also, if you don't get your cover blown, you get an achievement. I found that out by accident the first time i did this WQ.

If a Muck Rat has spawned in, and you do not kill it, and then finish the WQ, the rat will chase you endlessly all over the zone no matter where you go. You may not even show as being in combat, but the persistent pest will still be after you.

The way you never forget which is which is by remembering green is the color of boogers, so green is for food and the other color, red, is for drink.

I guess people are saying it's yellow, not green, but it looks light green to me. Besides, this has helped me always remember.

Also, if you don't lose your disguise, you get an achievement.

Fastest way to do this quest: spam button 5 and completely, totally and utterly ignore the rat(s).

Warning! Sometimes the rat(s) do teleport to your location after completing the quest. In my case, as a Venthryr that meant that, while i took the mirror back to Sinfall, a rat had followed me home and tried to gnaw my ankles off while i was attending the command table.

Relentless bastard :-p
