The names of the four quests in this short chain are all track names from the JRPG Persona 5.

1. Blooming Villains (Story Boss)
2. Wake Up, Get Up, Get Out There (Opening Theme)
3. Break It Down (Hangout Theme)
4. Beneath the Mask (Rain/Solitude Theme)

The NPC to turn this quest in will not spawn for me. Possibly a phasing issue? Whatever the reason I cannot turn this quest in.

Edit: I finally moved on and kept questing elsewhere and after I got to level 58 returned and the turn in NPC was there.

This was just cruel! After the endearing dialog at the end of the previous quests, you're made to murder poor Primrose, after he's only just had a mask put on him...when you were able to pull the masks off of eight other fairies just before. Blizz, why.

The NPC for this quest is bugged and will not spawn. Until the NPC bug is fixed, this quest cannot be completed.

Didn't think to try it at the time, but what happens if you don't resist control and let the debuff run its course?

If you are unable to see the quest turnin NPC Guardian Molan: you have to complete Battle for Hibernal Hollow and then she will show up. At least she did for me.

It seems like the NPC is bugged. I think it was because someone was doing it when i got close enough to trigger it so it didn't trigger. Here's how I fixed it:
1. walk a way. I just went down the ramp to the next platform and back.
2. let the NPC do its real time talking
3. then he takes control, you resist, and you kill primrose

There is no conventional method to getting to the quest goal; hope you have some lets-you-fly from the previous quest.

Use a basket of enchanted wings found on the ground below. You use them and double jump and can fly up

Just out of curiosity I didn't hit the button to get rid of the masks, just to see what happened. It basically just gets rid of them all anyway.

I triggered this quest when the opposite faction was doing it, they tagged the enemy that spawned and then I could no longer complete it. Ended up coming back a few levels later and abandoning it, which let me pick up the quest again and finish it.

I present Wicked Plan Storyline. This Story line have 4 Quests. This Story line is a part of Sojourner of Ardenweald.

Quest Name:	Start and description
1 Blooming Villains	Quest start from Guardian Molan 60 51 in Ardenweald. Slay 15 masked night fae in Shimmerbough Shimmerbough Ritualist or Possessed Defender.
2 Wake Up, Get Up, Get Out There	Quest pick up from Primrose 53 58. You need to Aid 8 Subdued Faerie. Do this quest together with Break It Down.
3 Break It Down	First take Basket of Enchanted Wings to fly ( buff is only for 1 min, and care on flying mobs ) Then pick up 5 Primrose's Pyrotechnic Powder They lie in hanging baskets. Then go to find Runed Altar and use on them Primrose's Pyrotechnic Powder to destroy. Runed Altar are in platforms on trees.
4 Beneath the Mask	Go to 54 61 is a platform on tree, You can use Basket of Enchanted Wings to skip all mobs. confront with Ingra Drif at end use spell on extra bar then slay Primrose. After go back to Guardian Molan 60 51 to finish storyline.

I was a bit curious about what happens if you don't try to resist. It turns out you break out of it automatically once Primrose turns anyway, even if you didn't click the resist button. No turning to the dark side this time.

I was on the quest and while traveling up there, I apparently aggroed two moths. I was frozen in place because of the big bad, while the two moths pounded me. By the time I was released as Primrose started to attack me, I was at about 15% health on an Arms Warrior. So, with the two moths and Evil Primrose pounding on me, I had a choice, die there, or run away (Health pot was on cool down from another fight, with five masked enemies). I ran, but when I came back, Evil Primrose was not there, and I could not find a way to trigger the event. Luckily, someone from the other faction came up about a minute later and started the event. I added in my damage, and taking down E.P. was a snap, and I got credit.

I am a 40 year old combat veteran and after doing this quest once, I can't bring myself to do it again. Why Blizz gotta do my faerie bro like dat?

Description

It's time to end this.

When I first hid, I saw a dark shape on the northeast platform. I think that's their leader.

Now that they can't perform any more rituals, we should be able to scare them off.

<Primrose pauses for a moment.>

I... I just wanted to say thank you. I never could have done this without your help. Now, let's drive out this enemy and retake the village!
