These are scattered all over the shorelines in the Hinterlands (all the way east). The turtles that wander around there are not aggressive (won't attack unless attacked) so this is pretty easy. I recommend you set your hearthstone in Booty Bay so that it's quick to get back from the hinterlands, otherwise the flight is really long.

If you are Horde, you can actually find a lot of bottles inside Revantusk Village. The last time I did this as Horde, I picked up eight bottles before I left the village.

One thing to note is that these are actually on the shore, not underwater. They can be pretty far from the water line as well.

The bottles spawn along the waterline in the southern side of The Hinterlands from about 82.49 to 72.97.
If you are alliance pay attention at the Horde guards of Revantusk Village about 76.81.

This quest can be a problem for alliance, first because Horde grind there, second, because the only way I found to go there is jump off the cliff, which could actually kill people with low health. The problem is that as an Alliance, I didnt find any way back up, so only way is to Heartstone.

If any of you knows a way for alliance to get back up, please say it :)

One thing to keep in mind. Beware of Gammerita! He's a level 48 elite turtle that wanders that strand of beach. He's easy to work around but you just need to be aware of his location. You definitely do not want him sneaking up on you.

Otherwise, stay away from the village guards and this will be a fairly simple quest!

This quest is a pain to do at night, due the the small size of the bottles and the fact that Hinterlands is actually dark during real-world nighttime. You may have to turn your gamma up in video options.

Might be wise to also do the Gammerita quest ( http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=2944 ) while doing this one. They both take place along the shore and can kill 2 birds with one stone.

Haha, omg soo easy!

Finally got to Revantusk Village after hammering through the Hinterlands on my, pathetic looking Hawkstrider, to find 4 bottles right by the enterance, and ALL the other bottles needed inside.

Oh how I love being Horde!

This is much easier quest for horde,because many of the bottles can be found inside Revantusk village.So here are the coords of some bottles:

76/82 x2 (it means two bottles are on the same coords not at at the same place just near)

If you are Alliance or Horde and want to do this quest at the lowest level ( this works great if you are Horde and need the Raventusk Village flight path), here is an easy way to do it. In the southern part of The Arathi Higlands is a huge connecting bridge called The Thandol Span. It connects The Wetlands to the Highlands. Ride or run down the road that crosses the Arathi Highlands and turn south and you will run into the Thandol Span bridge. As you are facing the bridge and looking south (roughly coord point 45, 87) you will see a swinging bridge to your left (east). Cross this and you will immediately run into some level 30 Dark Iron Dwarves. As a 40 you can ride past them without aggro, and head down the hill toward the water line/shore. Start swimming East along the shore. You are swimming around the southern and then eastern edge of Arathi Highlands. You will swim east and then north up the coast towards The Hinterlands. Stay close to the shore and you will not hit dark water which will cause Fatigue and drown you. Halfway up the eastern coast line of Arathi Highlands you will run into a farm with level 15 Alliance dwarves (maybe 3 max). At this point you can mount up and ride north across the farm (no herbs or beasts anywhere to hinder you) still following the water line. You will have to get back into the water again and swim just a short bit more until you hit The Hinterlands. Total time for my swim from touching water at Thandol until climbing out at The Hinterlands was 13 minutes. At this point you will be just south of Raventusk Village. If you are horde....go grab your flight path and gather bottles as posted above. If you are Alliance, the bottles can All be obtained without having to go north of Raventusk. I found all 12 in 10 minutes just checking along the beach up to a fallen tree in the water. That tree should mark your aggro radius for the Horde guards. Just search up to it and then back....repeat. The bottles spawn pretty quickly. If you are having trouble seeing them (especially at night) turn up the Brightness on your video settings. Make sure to set your hearth to Booty before you start and you can hearth back right next to the quest giver. The level 49-50 turtles are all gold and won't attack. The Elite nasty turtle didn't ever path south of Raventusk that I have seen on any of my toons. There were no Beasts in the water for the entire trip that will attack you.

Ok.... the Bottles are scattered all over the East of the Hinterlands by the water...nobody specified "bottles" in the comment... so I was killing all the turtles like crazy..You don't have to kill any of the turtles but that Elite that attacks you. Don't go to far south cause you'll see some lvl "?"s there. Lucky I was on my mount and i out ran them. But do watch out for that 38 elite... He popped out of nowhere.

Easy to do while heading up the shore for the last stage of Cortello's Riddle.

And remember the name. Pupellyverbos Port is the wine that the waiters around Moroes, the Karazhan Steward complain about just before they start hitting really, really hard.

It is a very easy quest now, but when I did it back in the early days of the game it was pretty fearsome. This was before Revantusk Village was put in and all the turtles were aggro rather than neutral. I picked it up in Stranglethorn Vale in my early 40s back when I thought you should do your quests as soon as you get them. Stubborn noob that I was, I swam up the coast from Arathi and was promptly devoured by a turtle. And then another. And another. And so on... I managed to get it finished, but I died many, many times. Anyway, ancient history lesson.

The bottles now glitter when you're on the quest, making them a lot easier to see.

This quest was buggy for me trying it, could not loot the bottles. Not sure if it was a mod or what.

First one i try my cursor comes up blue like when you have a spell preped to cast.

Second says invalid target.

Third says Spell not learned.

If i try to click 1 while mounted, it follows the action of the first one till i re mount.

This is just trying to right click on the bottles.

For the sake of redundancy, I got 9 out of 12 bottles from within Raventusk Village, if you are a Horde.

This is probably the easiest quest for horde, and you should do it as soon as you can get it. The game lists it as a lvl 50 quest, but all you need to do is fly to Reventusk village and collect bottles of wine. Half the bottles are INSIDE Reventusk village, but not like it matters because the mobs outside the village are non-aggressive turtles. The hardest part of this quest is GETTING to Reventusk village in the low 40s.

This quest is a piece of cake if you're Horde. Just wander the general area of Revantusk Village and you'll find enough bottles to satisfy the quest with minimal risk of a fight.

There is a nice little spot, just south of the entrance to revantusk village where i found 4 bottles of port all within 3-5 yards of another bottle. ill upload a screenshot immediately. ***yes, alliance. you can get them without aggro'ing the guards :)

Easy,EASY money! I have just now finished this quest. The hardest part that I found to do was the swim on my mount from the Arathi Highlands, jumping off of the bridge and swimming all of the way around to the Hinterlands beach, my mount was fatigued, but we made it...although the swim was long, there were 10 of the 12 bottles scattered along the beach, before I got busted by Horde ?'s , and bottle #11. The graveyard is just a long jump from a cliff, who cares if the jump will kill you, you're already dead, lol, and a short way back to my body, so I reved beside #11 bottle and died, repeat 1 more time for the final #12 bottle, and then hearthed out of there to complere this quest. It was the easiest quest, and with 6800 exp., to complete, that I have encountered so far in the game. Easy money!

Not sure why this quest is orange to me in my quest log at 47. Even if the turtles were aggressive they are yellow.

Couple this with the Wild Leather Vest quest http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=2849 (alliance) from Feathermoon Stronghold - the turtle scales needed for the armour can be skinned/dropped from the Snapjaws around the area where the bottles can be found. I did this as a 46 hunter; flew to Aerie Peak, ran across to the lake by Agol'Watha (near Skulk Rock) and swam down the river. Jump off the Overlook cliffs and swim down the coast. You'll start to see the bottles just on the shoreline. You can get most of the bottles without aggro'ing the Horde watchers in Raventusk, especially if you hang around for a bit and wait for the bottles to respawn. Doesn't take too long. Easy money :-)

The shortest route to do this as alliance, is to fly to SW, take the tram to IF then either fly to Menethil Harbor (or if you don't have that FP, fly to/ ride to Loc Modan then North into Wetlands). Travel from there to 51, 9 to the Thandol Span (the bridge from Wetlands at top centre of map) . Jump off the bridge into the water and swim east, then swim north, you can travel through a Dwarven farm there, kind of a neat hidden little area with a dock... keep traveling north a bit and you'll end up at the east coast of the Hinterlands and most if not all the bottles you need will be right there. You can then hearth back to Booty Bay and turn it in for some nice experience. (or keep traveling into Hinterlands and grab the FP if your level is high enough).

I highly recommend you wait to do this until you get Cortello's Riddle quest. You get this quest from a scroll on one of the three Bloodsale Buckaneer's ships. Usually in the room next to the captains quarters. With that quest you need to travel to Swamp of sorrows, then Dustwallow Marsh, just getting clues, but it ends on the same shore (at the falls north of Raventusk village) for some really nice experience as well.

I believe there is also a quest to take a picture of a turtle on this shore, Gammetra or something like that, you get it from a Night Elf in that house in the lower area before you take the teleport up to Darnassus.

With a little preparation you can get several quests done at once and really clean up in experience.

Whiskey Slim's Lost Grog

This quest was marked obsolete by Blizzard and cannot be obtained or completed.

Whiskey Slim in Booty Bay wants you to bring him the bottles of Pupellyverbos Port he lost.

We was splicin' the mainbrace somethin' fierce off of the Overlook Cliffs, ol' Hinterlands just in the distance. Thought the seas was goin' to swallow us whole.

Ol' Slim knows all about liquid courage! Cap'n had a crate of Pupellyverbos Port we commandeered from a privateer en route to Stormwind.

So when that storm off of Hinterlands hit, I busted into the grog. Big wave hit and tossed them bottles overboard. Cap'n is goin' to give me a taste o' the cat if ye don't help me get 'em back though!
