If like me, you arrive at the marker and nothing happens, it's because you were too fast. Seems to sometimes bug out if you fly straight there with a flying mount. Drop the quest, pick it back up and run there by foot.

If you came to map marker and quest is not completed, just wait near the NPC, it will count soon.

Tried to complete this as was suggested before: drop quest, walking by foot etc.—no success. At last went by foot from the Prince back to quest giver and returned to him again—here it worked at last.
