Just go with your orphan to Orgrimmar Embassy. Entrance is at 39.38 79.24.

Didn't work going inside the embassy building - had to get near the Mag'har Grunt wandering around the building.

If going in the building doesn't work, try standing just at the crossroad right in front of it. Meaning where the bridge is on your right and entrance to Valley of Strength on your left.

If you're still unable to complete the quest objective, make sure that you have completed A Gathering of Champions offered by Valeera Sanguinar nearby. Worked for me. :)

This was weird for me. I had to run circles at the gate near the Embassy with my orphan out.

Horde (Org)
Around 40.5, 77.5

The orphan eventually said three things , i ran more circles, got credit.
