To start assault use the rope at the edge of deck. You'll be delivered to Shatterstone Harbor.
To make quest more easy and quickly to complete, pull some mobs and exteminate with Flare Gun.
After killing enough go to Sergeant Ermey, he's in the building with mailbox nearby.

Use the Rope Coil to get a boat to Shatterstone Harbor.
Kill 15 Sethrak forces in the area.
Use Flare Gun extra button to speed the process.
Then speak with Sergeant Ermey in the building nearby.

1. Voyage to the West	Halford Wyrmbane - Speak with Speak with Captain Kill Credit to travel to Vol'dun. He is on top of ship naxt to rudder.	Halford Wyrmbane
2. Ooh Rah!	Halford Wyrmbane - Use Landing Craft to get on land and kill 15 mobs. You can use Flare Gun will be on your extra bar, that spell is marking place where cannons from ship need to hit ( they taking 100% hp on hit ).	Sergeant Ermey
3. Establish a Beachhead	Sergeant Ermey - You need to place banner Harbor Secured after that will be small animation.	Halford Wyrmbane

The name of this quest, "Ooh Rah!" is an attempt at sounding like the marine's call Oorah!. Much debate around the origins of these battle calls. Is it H.U.A. = heard.understood.acknowledged ?

Ridiculously bugged mobs in my experience. Every other Sethrak was either stuck in evade mode, or would randomly reset.

Description

We're going to need a harbor for our base of operations. Those ruins across the way should be perfect for our needs. Unfortunately, it looks to be occupied by a hostile force so I'm sending the marines to secure the shore. As the most experienced soldier here I want you to go with them. I don't want to see a single hostile remain when our engineers arrive. Now, go take that harbor in the name of the Alliance!
