Where is the turn in at?

Brother Pike is outside of the instance, where you picked up the quest. After Azshara does her RP, wait a minute for Brother Pike to show up where you just killed the boss. Then talk to him to be transported outside of the dungeon to turn in the quest.

Just did this quest, now Brother Pike appears a minute or maybe a little less after killing the last boss. He lets you hand in the quest directly to him and starts an animation to locate the fleet.

You have to kill the last boss in Shrine of the Storm dungeon.
Quest turn in is near the dungeon entrance next to flight master.

If you leave the instance before turning in the quest then the turn in looks like its in the dungeon but hand in is next to flight path.

You need to enter do Shrine of the Storm in Stormsong Valley. Quest is given by Brother Pike ( He is next to Fligh Master ) in same place giveing back.

You need to kill at first Lord Stormsong then Vol'zith the Whisperer is 3rd and 4th boss. You can use FLG.

Reword:

600 Azerite, over 100k exp and 87g.

THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT: Make sure your dungeon difficulty is set to normal if you are not level 120. Otherwise, you will not be able to do the quest. You'll enter the instance and there won't be anything there if you're less than level 120 and the dungeon difficulty is not set to NORMAL. I had been farming for mounts earlier and had set my dungeon difficulty to Heroic.

You can skip Lord Stormsong to finish the dungeon, but you have to kill Stormsong to complete this quest.

Mind control makes this nearly impossible. I am an Arcane mage, and I cast Ice Block when he was casting the MC spell. It prevented me from being controlled. After Ice Block broke, I just burned him down. He casts the MC only once.

I skipped Stormsong after several failures and killed the last boss to complete the dungeon. I decided to go back to try Stormsong again and killed him. I went back to the end to find Brother Pike to turn in the quest. Before I turned it in, I had two options. Turn in the quest or ask him to port me out. I turned in the quest, but then he no longer offered to port me out, so I wrote up my experience here. When I finished, I noticed he had gone back to the edge of the island and he offered to send me outside. So, just be patient. He wants to tell you about the fleet first.

I'm guessing that this is not supposed to be done solo? My Lvl 57 DH is struggling like hell to even get past the first few mobs. I've waited hours and hours for a LFG and now that Shadowlands is here, I can't just select it as a dungeon because it's not available.
For those who can solo (in patch 9.2) what iLevel do you need to be for it to not be overwhelming?

Easily soloable as a Hunter: Call your pets, pull Lord Stormsong and as soon as he casts Waken the Void use Feign Death. Go grab a coffee while your pets finish him down.

Defeat Lord Stormsong in the Shrine of the Storm.

Description

We must not let Lord Stormsong finish his work. If he delivers the fleet to Azshara, all of Kul Tiras will be vulnerable. Countless innocents will perish -- or worse. There is no time to wait for more of the Storm's Wake to arrive. We finish this now, for the good of all who call this valley home. We finish this for Samuel.
