Guys, When i was almost finish with the Quest, i was so dumb, i used my Heatstone back to Stormwind, How can i come back and finish the quest ?

The guy is located in the Legion version of Dalaran which is in Broken Isles and not in Northrend.
As a returning player it took me some time to realize this.

I couldn't find the answer to my query really.

I have chosen Legion to lvl my currently 31 monk - so I visited Chromie and chose that as my time line.

I am currently working on my "a glorious campaign" and already got all 3 artefacts and completed several steps on that. I wanted to do "breaching the tomb" at the same time - However, i am not able to pick up "uniting the isles" quest from Khadgar - it is simply not there - now wherever I look it says you have to be 45 - I thought the whole point of the timeline thing with Chromie was that you can go anywhere to level? Also, do you really need the friendly factions or is it enough that my main characters already got the rep with them? Again, only found confusing information.

Any suggestions?

I'm max level and I had to use my Dalaran Hearthstone to go to the legion version of Dalaran instead of the Shadowlands Northrend based Dalaran to find Archmage Khadgar. In case you are following the https://www.wowhead.com/comprehensive-argus-guide from the beginning trying to unlock the Assault on Broken shore questline for You Are Now Prepared!.

I kept taking the Dalaran portal from SW (which took me to Northrend everytime) and I was really lost until I read somewhere I could just use my Dalaran Hearthstone.

I already have the BFA flight whistle. I took this quest from Khadgar in the Violet Citadel and now have a second flight whistle!

Just to eliminate any confusion, this quest doesn't show up right away, so don't panic and think that you've missed it somehow!

When you start Legion, do any quests that Khadgar offers and in your Class Order Hall. You won't even finish exploring your first zone when more quests will become available from both, after doing those Khadgar in Dalaran will offer Uniting The Isles, also Khadgar's Discovery (intro quest that opens up the Nightborne refuge Shal'aran).

You no longer need to be friendly with the 4 main legion factions to do Uniting the Isles and unlock world quests.

All that seems to be required is being level 45.

My main is exalted with all five factions and has had Broken Isle WQs for a very long time.

Both of my alts were not offered the Uniting the Isles quest from Khadgar until each reached level 45.

This quest is the one that you will receive if you have already completed the version that requires Friendly reputation. Uniting the Isles

If you are just now reaching Friendly with the factions on your first character, you want Uniting the Isles

If you cannot find Khadgar as of 11.0, its likely the prepatch event is messing things up. Complete the prepatch questlines including The Bronzebeard Family

After you complete these quests, go back to Violet Citadel.

Khadgar should be back.

In The War Within this is available at level 50. Should be in his tower, if not he's at Krasus landing.

On Legion Remix, I had an issue where World Quests wouldn't show up on two alts below level 30 even though I've completed this quest. Once hitting 30, they were able to see world quests. This seems to be the same case for some forum users.

In Legion Remix, if you haven't gotten this quest by the time you're 60 or 70, go to the Violet Citadel. Khadgar will be standing inside with a campaign questmarker above his head. Talk to him and you will see "Unite the Isles" as a minor quest. Take it and continue on. :)
You can ignore the rest, if you're just doing the class hall fast track.

Created a Haranir and am unable to take this quest, in fact any and every quest in Dalaran that requires some pre-requisites, including unlocking the broken shore, the magical message quest, unlocking the suramar campaign....none of them are available, but i can still get them on alts of other races, so it might be Haranir specific, at least for me it is.
