You can take the Felbane Camp flightpoint, and then run south along the Ettin trail up the mountain. There will be a path heading up, on your left, and it leads right to her.

This quest is related to the Champions of Legionfall quest and is priest specific. After completing the short quest chain. According to Helcalya's post on the page, you must have completed the first 6 parts of Breaching the Tomb before you can begin this quest.

This is the first quest of quest chain to recruit new Priest follower - Aelthalyste.
Before you can pick up this questline, you have to pick up Champions of Legionfall from Maiev Shadowsong on the Broken Shore.
Chain starts from A Curious Contagion in Netherlight Temple, pick it up from Alonsus Faol.

You have to find Aelthalyste in Highmountain, she can be found at 29.9 55.9 spot.

The correct TomTom command is:

A Curious Contagion

Find Aelthalyste in Highmountain.

Description

It has been brought to my attention that a rather curious contagion is spreading through a small coastal region within Highmountain.

The local tribes have abandoned the area for fear of catching this ailment that currently has no known cure.

One of our own was traveling through the area when her companion fell ill. She has requested the Conclave's assistance. Seek her out, High Priest, and do whatever you can to stop this sickness from spreading.
