Empowering Trait Questlines
There are seven questlines, providing variation among roles and specializations. You can pick up this quest after earning 35 traits on an artifact weapon. The quest starts from The Broken Shore: Investigating the Legion and Khadgar encourages you to find Mysterious Runebound Scroll from a random mob on the Broken Shore. Which gives you Legion Threat: Suramar and then Legion Threat: The Necromancer

RUNE HELP: You don't get credit for this unless Karam Magespear comes in the cave with you and fights his brother. At least for me, that didn't happen if I tried to circumvent the runes in any way, such as dying and rezing on the other side. And btw, every time you die, it gives you a countdown timer when you get back to your body, and you have to wait longer and longer to rez. After four or five times, you're waiting a full two minutes for each rez, which is a bit frustrating. See comments at the page for Runes of Rending. Some have listed turn-by-turn which way to go, but that was difficult for me to execute because it happens very fast, and I believe there are multiple solutions. Generally speaking, you start on the one blue rune. Each turn, one or more purple runes will "burn" and turn into a blue rune. The blue runes can stay blue for several turns, but it is also possible for you to step on a blue rune, just to have it zap you the next turn. If you see a pair of contiguous purple runes converting, that's a good direction to take, or if you see two runes ahead going in the right direction, that might be good. I went sideways at times, and backtracked, either sideways or (less often) back to a previous row. There is a youtube video by Nobbel87, and it's called "The Story of Twisted Twin - Patch 7.2 Artifact Quest ". This > 11 minute video is to meant to explain lore (as he says) but he shows himself doing the runes, starting at 5:40. While I was waiting my two minutes to rez (several times), I spent the time watching that segment of his video. :) Though it might take you a few times, I believe you will get the hang of it, and succeed. I used a soulstone & Demonic Gateway, it just reaches & rez on far side.

Meet Karam Magespear at Felbreach Hollow in the Broken Shore.

Description

Though I have never heard of this "Nethersworn" cult, what this manifesto speaks of can't be good. I do have a theory, however. The writing speaks of "the place its skin is thinnest." I think they might be referring to the place where the veil between Azeroth and the Twisting Nether is weakest - the Tomb of Sargeras. With our forces having established a foothold at the Broken Shore, this would be an opportune time for Raest and his cultist allies to reach the tomb. I would suggest you stop them.
