I had to finish the mission quest Enemies of Air before starting this quest (4 eight hour missions). It doesn't show this on the quest progression here. It comes immediately after Oath of the Windlord, and before mission: Investigating Deepholm

This quest hasn't shown up for me and I just finished Enemies of Air and am currently 105. Am I missing something?

I got this quest, turned it in to the Stone Mother, then no follow up quest, though it clearly shows I should have gotten one.

In case anyone else is as daft as me and spends a bunch of time looking at how to get to Deepholm, this is an 4 hour Order Hall mission that you send your Champions to fulful.

Don't go to Deepholm yourself. That comes next!

After turning in Eye of Azshara: The Scepter of Storms, speak to Advisor Sevel, near the scouting map, to pick up this quest.

For me, he had no yellow ! over his head and it was only once I moused over him that I realized he had the quest to offer.

Description

In order for the Earthen Ring to bring the four Elemental Lords together in an alliance against the Burning Legion, we will need to convince Therazane the Stonemother to join forces with us.

Therazane has been absent from our negotiations with the elements thus far.

There have been whispers of a new threat arising from within Deepholm. If these rumors are true, she may have need of our aid.

I have prepared a diplomatic mission to Deepholm to ascertain the situation. It is awaiting your assignment.
