Here's how this worked out for me. I got the starter quest after getting into Tanaan Jungle from Yrel at Lion's Watch. She's inside the main building if you can't find her. The quest itself sent me back to Talador to see her. She's located at 44.27 65.39 for those of you using TomTom, or on the NW side of Auchindoun in the Court of Souls area if you're not.

Turning in the starter quest gives you these 2 missions:

Both of these quests take you slightly north. I started them at 45.32 63.68. For the Secrets quest, the hole you need to go down is at 46.57 63.34.

Once you're down in the hole, your quest updates and tells you to destroy 2 Fel Soul Drainers. They will be directly to your left and right. (East 62.80 17.90, West 24.41 44.30)

Now you need to investigate the lower chamber. Just run back to the central area where you fell down the hole and the staircase down is at 46.65 40.34. Be prepared when you get to the bottom as you'll face Adept Vatrusta and then you'll have to destroy 3 corrupted seals. They're surrounding Gorefiend, who is in a protective bubble caused by them. (Hint: The green liquid gives you the same Fel Sludge that you can get in Tanaan. Don't fall into it!)

After you've destroyed all 3 seals, Exarch Yrel shows back up and lets you turn in your quest and rewards you with Baleful Treads. Look behind her and you'll see a portal to Lion's Watch has opened up, and you're done with the quest.

One of the three new Garrison Campaigns from the 6.2 update and part of the In Pursuit of Gul'dan (A) / In Pursuit of Gul'dan (H) achievement:

Hand of the Prophet (A) / Vol'jin's Headhunters (H) reputation is also rewarded upon completing each of the mini quests (along with gold and loot).

It is entirely random when a player receives the quest.

The Auchenai have sent me an urgent missive - Auchindoun is in jeopardy again! The Sargerei have renewed their assault and breached the underhalls. I sense the hand of Gul'dan is behind this.
