She is located inside Darnassus, at the Cenarion Enclave, coordinates 39.05, 32.72.

Go straight to the main exit of darnassus to the east (Right) on the right side of the large are should be a portal to dalaran.

Since nobody has mentioned this yet I will. For the next quest to find the portal Jaina says "Come with me " which may lead you to think she going to move - she wont. In fact you will be leading her along a trail of floating orbs like monks healing spheres but brighter. They will lead you east through Darnassus and into Teldrassil. The portal is actually in the area south-east of the big entrance gate where there are lvl 6/7 sabers prowling about. I dont think you need to directly follow the trail especially as it goes through the water, forcing you to swim/waterwalk part of the way. Hope this saves people some time waiting for Jaina to start the tracking quest. Leads to "Tracking the thieves" quest.

Fennie Hornswaggle: "I ain't flyin' no kite to Darnassus! I can barely navigate that thing in the mountains. Ye think we'd last over an entire ocean? Ye'd best talk to Seamus Goldenkicks over there."

I was surprised nobody posted this yet. It's the text you get if you ask Fennie to fly you to Darnassus instead of just talking to Seamus.

Just a heads up. If you are like me and accidentally skipped reading the quest details and flew to the portal in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms, you won't be able to proceed. You have to use the triggered portal from Seamus Goldenkicks to continue the triggers and turn in the quest.

Speaking with Seamus post 8.0 will teleport you to Darkshore instead of Darnuss, you will need to travel back in time by speaking to npc Zidormi in Darkshore (speech bubble on map), coords 48.0,25.6.

For those doing this now that Darnassus isn't uh.... accessible. You've got to speak with Zidormi in Darkshore to return to a previous version.

Description

As you know, our night elven allies moved the Divine Bell you retrieved to Darnassus for safekeeping and study. Moments ago, they portaled some Highbourne mages over here to ask for backup. Details are hazy - some sort of stealth attack on the city?

I don't know what to make of it, but Jaina Proudmoore is already on the scene and I suspect they need all the help they can get.

Speak to Seamus Goldenkicks over there for a quick portal to Darnassus. Find Jaina!
