(On a side note: I got Thousand Needles Quests while just going for the end quest by doing all it's pre-requisit quests and some side quests that were in the same area. (Also did a chain started with Special Delivery for Brivelthwerp but afaik this is not needed.))

As soon as you leave the clifftop, the Galak change from neutral to hostile.
You will be attacked by the guard at the top of the ramp as you go down.

Back to Riznek

Speak with Riznek at the Splithoof Heights in Thousand Needles.
