its actually garrosh not thrall. u need to fix that up because thrall leaves for nagrand to talk to then elementals northeast of garadar. theres a quest that tell u to see thrall in nagrand and garrosh is the new warchief because thrall was forced to leave being warchief. true story

I finish all the quest so far but after I turn this there nothing else and I feel is incomplete idk maybe the quest continue after cata I went to Nagrand in search of Thrall but he is not there yet

I went outside Orgrimar to see if where the cult is to find more quest and there is none there at moment

As it seems for the moment you cannot continue the chain after this part propably intented or bugged. we will have to see after the server restart.

This is the pre-cataclysm launch quest line, this is the last quest in the medium sized chain. Having listened in on the Doomsayers, infiltrated their ranks, found out about cho'gall's plan and thwarted it. You are now to alert Grommash Hellscream in the Valley of Wisdom.

These Quest Chains do not count towards the Loremaster of Kalimdor achievement.

This quest was unrealistic. The Twilight's Hammer cult is making an attack against Orgrimmar, and we are asked to inform Garrosh?

This is like running into the White House with an important Nation Security message and delivering it to the guy mopping the floors, it makes no sense!

The following conversion, implemented at the beginning of patch 4.0.1 and removed at the beginning of phase 3 of the Elemental Invasion, appointed Garrosh as Warchief:

Thrall says: Let us begin.
Garrosh Hellscream says: Are we not going to have more witnesses?
Thrall says: I do not wish to make an event of this. Such frivolities are expensive and merely serve our vanity. But if you wish to have a celebration...
Garrosh Hellscream says: No, Warchief, this is enough.
Thrall says: You know that these are troubling times for the Horde. Our supplies dwindle. Our lands are barren. Our warriors are in need of rest. These are tasks that must be addresses for the good of the Horde.
Vol'jin says: Da people be happy with our success in Northrend.
Garrosh Hellscream says: "Our" success? Troll, you played no part in the Horde's victories in Northrend. While I led our warriors against the Lich King, you merely took back a few scattered islands.
Vol'jin says: Watch yourself, young one. You don't-
Eitrigg says: Garrosh! Vol'jin! Hold your tongues. There are larger issues at stake.
Vol'jin says: Forgive my outburst. Warchief, please, continue.
Thrall says: Despite out success in Northrend, we face serious problems that cannot be solved simply by axe and sword. Earthquakes shake every region. Elementals ravage the countryside. I can hear our land, Azeroth, cry out in pain.
Garrosh Hellscream says: These are the reasons that you must leave.
Thrall says: Yes, I leave for Nagrand to learn from the elementals there. They have suffered and seen many of these same symptoms.
Vol'jin says: How long you gonna be gone?
Thrall says: It may take time to learn what I must. I trust I will not be gone too long, but it could be weeks - even months.
Thrall says: In my absence, I am instructing you, Garrosh Hellscream, to lead the Horde. You have the strength and courage that our people need to survive in these trying times.
Thrall says: You will not be alone. You will have advisors: Cairne, Eitrigg, Vol'jin. They will help guide you.
Thrall says: And though I am leaving soon, I can also instruct you.
Garrosh Hellscream says: But even we are not sure of all that is happening. Should we capture these cultists and force their silence? But that may anger the rest of the people... Still, we cannot allow the cult to spread fear and lies.
Eitrigg says: Now you are thinking like a ruler, Garrosh. You must look at all sides of a problem. Consult with your advisors and act with confidence.
Thrall says: They will help you, Garrosh. And I will help you. I will find the answers that we need to assuage the fears of the people and soothe the elementals.
Garrosh Hellscream says: I will not fail you, Warchief. I will lead as well as I can, and I will consult with the advisors you suggest. I know what a tremendous honor you do me, and I will strive to be worthy of it.
Thrall says: Then it is done.
Thrall says: Let everything you do be done for the Horde.

Still no one has answered rather or not there is more after this quest right now. On the guide here it has a bunch about the elemental rifts, but no other info. Anyone know yet?

That conversation has been going since 4.0.1 and relates more to the earthquakes and taking of Echo Isles.

Prophecies Of Doom This quest starts a chain of quests to prepare us for the Cataclysm expansion launched on 7th of December 2010.

Doing all the quests with Alert Our Leaders being the last of them will earn you on a 80 level character

a) 110g 49s

b) 1400 reputation with Orgrimmar

First of all Thrall is leaving to speak to the elements in Nagrand and after The Shattering comes he will go to the Maelstrom to try to stop Azeroth from being ravaged so that's why Garrosh is now the Warchief. Second , the follow-up quests will appear later when they are tested and working as intended so stop asking the same stupid question over and over again and try to inform yourself before posting.

For those in a hurry to get a feat of strength, remember that this is phase one of the event.
There are still 3 phases until the last chain of quests.

Ironically I entered the room at the line:

and thought it was so fitting a line to walk in on, I had to wonder if that's where the conversation started (as though I'd burst into the room in the middle of a heated conversation) or if I'd missed something (which I did) XD

Speak with Garrosh Hellscream at Grommash Hold in Orgrimmar's Valley of Wisdom.

Description

You have successfully defended Orgrimmar from the threat posed by this Twilight's Hammer cult, <name>, and without shedding the blood of our own people. Our enemy will not rest for long. I cannot imagine that Cho'Gall will accept defeat so easily.

Garrosh Hellscream is a well-known hero of the Horde and he will know how to deal with this matter. Go to the Valley of Wisdom and speak to him in Grommash Hold. Tell young Hellscream that our enemies have shown themselves and we must be prepared for their return.
