The default UI shows this turn-in in the southern part of Shimmering Grotto, right above the text "Silver Tide Hollow" on the map. This is incorrect, it's in the northern part, above the text "Shimmering Grotto" on the map, the entrance to this cave is marked on the map with a standard map-entrance icon as well, it's the most north-most one, not the one to the east.

The other things in this quest is correct.

Each throw of your spear gives a killing blow. You dont even need to aim or target anyone...just keep clicking the spear and you kill a naga near you.

I used this with my Soul Trader out, and was able to farm Ethereal Credits extremely fast.

In the live expansion, Toshe is at the southern end of the ledge. You can find him all the way at ground level at the base of the mushroom-like thing, right next to the edge of the cliff. Use /tar Toshe if you have trouble seeing him.

somewhat confusing because they can be found around 51,20-, so you aren't really chasing them, you are traveling to find them.

Quicker way to do this quest is to go to the area around 53,22 and spam click on the Toshe's Hunting Spears until you kill the 20 Nagas needed for this quest.
You don't even need to target them and you will be done in less then a minute.

A bit of wrong information in some of the posts above as well as some right ones which is all confusing so that's why I'm repeating some of the right information again.
The quest hand in on the quest map is wrong. You hand in to the same guy you got it from inside damplight chamber. Right around 51, 15 is one of the entrance and you can kill the fleeing nagas near this entrance close to the seabed as well and no need to target them just use the item when they are close by.

As of 12/22/10, the latest build in a series of hot fixes...

1) Leave the quest giver and head west through the underground tunnel.

2) Go to 56, 30 in the Shimmering Grotto

3) Start clicking your spear. No need to target. Kill 20 Naga

4) Head to 53.26, 33.07 and you'll find Toshe Chaosrender where you will turn int he quest. He is surrounded by some colorful undersea flora so he's a little hard to see.

5) This will lead you to Silver Tide Hollow

As of today, 2011-02-22, Toshe is finally standing at the indicated location for you to turn in the quest. No longer will you need to spend half an hour looking for him and almost give up, then go here to find out that you need to go back to the cave like I did on all my other characters. This might have been fixed earlier, but I didn't notice until today.

Better Late Than Dead andThe Abyssal Ride are NOT needed to takeGimme Shelter! and followups, however that would make you unable to getGood Deed Left Undone.
Lady La-La's Necklace have 0% drop chance beforeOphidophobia done and 100% after, however anyone can share you this quest as long as you are 80+lvl.
Anyone can takeVengeful Heart and do it's followups as long as they are 80+lvl. Quests above are NOT needed for it.

If you desire to enter the cave the same way you did for across the Great Divide, the entrance is at 48.62,73.12 in "The Lightless Reaches", facing west.

For this quest just go further into the cave and it will open up again, DO NOT turn around and go out the exit you came in

If you get lost finding where to turn the quest in like i did, then follow where you see the Fleeing Zin'jatar Fathom-Stalkers are coming from, they led me straight to the cave where you turn the quest in.

The turn-in location for this quest seems to have been moved several times over the years.

As of today the entrance to the cave where it's located is at 60.81, 19.22

The last move seems to have been around the time they were developing new content for the next expansion after this one.

I've noticed that one of the things Bliz does to create the illusion of play time is they will move the quest objectives or turn-in points around randomly near the end of quest chains so players have to hunt for them.

Description

They're getting away!

These are the same naga that attacked the boats and carried away our friends. We cannot let them escape!

Take these spears and run them down with that seahorse of yours... don't waste your time dismounting, just keep after them and kill all that you can with the spears.

I will try to hunt down that Fathom-Lord. Meet me at the far end of the ledge when you're done.
