Ruga Ragetotem is found at 44,59 in Camp Taurajo.

This quest begins a (rather long) warrior questline.
If you get someone to help you through them all you'll get VERY nice armor, available at level20.
If you plan to solo or group it with random people, it will take you a long time, probably reaching level 30 by the time you complete it, in which case I suggest just getting a blacksmith to craft you armor.

Tried to do this with my alt warrior.
I took the quest (from brill) and gone to the zeppelin for orgri, as soon as I reached The Barrens I checked my quest list and the quest was gone.
I tried it a 2nd time and the quest was gone again.
I think on 4.0.1 this quest is bugged.

Anyone else have a problem with this quest disappearing from your log in patch 4.0.1? I picked this up from the warrior trainer in brill. If I log out or switch continents via the blimp, the quest is gone.

I picked up this quest in Razor Hill, went to Camp Taurajo and attempted to turn it in with Ruga Ragetotem but got the error message "You don't meet the requirements for that quest" and it disappeared from my quest log. So yeah, it's probably safe to say it's bugged in 4.0.1.

Edit: Actually, looking closer it says
Speak with Ruga completed.
Experience gained: 192.
You don't meet the requirements for that quest

So I guess completing this quest is possible, but you won't get the followup due to this bug (or perhaps Blizzard intended to remove this series of quests but forgot to actually remove the first one?) so it's rather pointless.
